Colleen helped my family and I with our most recent trip to Disney World and she was great! She’s very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know she will do the research to keep you informed. She gave us suggestions on Fastpasses, restaurant suggestions etc. anytime that I have called she’s always kind and patient, I always feel like I’m her only client because she’s never rushed.

Our experience has been exceptional every time. Colleen is our go to expert on anything Disney and Caribbean. We love to vacation and have high expectations. She has exceeded those expectations every time.

Why did I wait so long before using a travel agent? Colleen is a travel expert...which is probably why we had the BEST TRIP EVER! While on vacation in Cancun during hurricane Delta a text message to my wonderful travel agent explaining how I wanted to handle it (changing my departure date) was all that was needed.
Many people around me the night of the hurricane we’re trying to connect with the airlines to change flights. Their frustration was palatable... they should
have had a competent and responsive travel agent like I did.
Colleen took care of changing the flight (not once but twice because I changed my mind) she was on hold with the airline’s both times.. once for over an hour.
She also took care of our care service to the airport. I highly recommend Colleen of mystical dream travel. Some people around me that evening of the hurricane had used big name travel agencies and were not getting the personalized attention that I was getting.
She thinks of everything. She’s always been just a phone call or text away and quick to respond. The best part of all is it costs me nothing for her services!
