Let me start by saying I’m not someone that prefers using a travel agent. I guess I was just content using online searches. Well, for our honeymoon, we decided to use a travel agent and that’s when we got connected with Yvette. I’m so glad we did because we ended up having a heck of a time at our jobs and had to postpone 3 times ,including changing our trip from international to domestic. She worked with us through this roller coaster and was so patient and professional helping us through our chaos. She helped us find a wonderful resort with our budget and we had the time of our life! We had a slight miscommunication on a feature with our package (let me add that was NOT Yvette’s mistake) and she got on it right away and helped us continue our low stress vacation! We just returned from our first 4 night cruise with Virgin Voyages. We are very happy with the experience we had. Yvette helped us choose a destination as first time cruisers just to dip our toes in the water and see if this is something we could actually enjoy. Yvette was a pure saint in helping me find a place for my mom to stay while visiting Phoenix for a week. She was referred to us by friends and my husband was a little wary about using a travel agent for such a small thing. I must have strung her along for a couple of months for what I’m sure was very little profit for her, if any, and she still showed up and provided the best travel agency service possible. Yvette with Sweet Exits Travel was the best! I had never been to Europe before, so planning an 18-day trip was overwhelming. But Yvette made it easy! I had never used a travel agent before and especially now during Covid times wasnt sure where to start. Yvette helped helped us plan a FLAWLESS family vacation to the Dominican Republic. Even though things changed by the day she kept us informed the entire time and facilitated all the necessary transfers, she even took care of excursions. Our family of four just returned home from our first cruise with Royal Caribbean. The cruise was a success and we all had a fantastic time! Traveling during the COVID-19 craziness seemed impossible. Countries, including island nations, had their borders closed and it seemed our year long wait for our first big trip in 5 years may be canceled. Yvette shocked us in finding a location that was just as beautiful and relaxing as our original destination. Better yet, the island was open to tourism is reasonable safety requirements. We enjoyed every minute of our long overdue trip. 5 stars totally earned!
