Food, amenities and hotel were good. Activities staff did a good job getting people involved. The only downside to this trip was the air conditioning. We could not get the room below 70 degrees. Felt very warm after a long day in the sun. Could not get anyone to look at it. Other friends had the same situation.

Carol hit it spot on with the hotel. But for our flight, we would not like to be over the wing, and always being the last ones on. We would also like to sit together.When we are the last ones on it seems like we have to check in our carry ons. It was great being able to see what we wanted to see. Loved the Taj Camptom, the staff very curtious, and the food was amazing. I would definatley reccomend this hotel to anyone. The only down Fall will Dan Fran is that it was cold there, we had to wear jackets, and we didnt go out in the evening time

We have booked a dozen trips with Carol over the years and I would not do it any other way. Carol is there to answer any questions at anytime and help with anyting while on your trip or before you go. I know people always think they can "do it" on their own to save a few bucks, but with Carol you know you are going to get everything done correctly and not have any issues on your trip. In most instances you are actually not paying any extra to use her and have her help, like when we go to Sandals or Beaches. USE CAROL for your booking or transfer your booking to her ASAP if you have a trip booked with SANDALS.

Our first time in St. Croix USVI. We had a blast, our bungalow was on the beach, we went sight seeing, hiking, and shopping, cant wait to go back.

The resort was very clean. It was a smaller resort which I loved. The swimming pools were bath temperature, so you could swim in them all day. First resort I have been to that you could swim in the pool because it wasn't ice cold. The staff was very pleasant. Especially Roger. Loved the little snack cafe that was open 24 hours.

We were all scheduled to go to Jamaica but then the hurricane hit and we had to change plans and Carol got everything arranged for us to got Cancún on the same dates. We were with a group of 10 and we all had rooms close together and all our flights were together. We had a great trip!

We had such a wonderful time in Mexico! We are so thankful to have had Carol to organize everything! It was very smooth, every step of the way!

Our travels were great due to Carol rebooking out flights home. The stay at the Tradewinds was ok. The place needs a facelift, the rooms were small. The view was amazing! I would go back in a heartbeat, but definitely pick another place to stay. Our family had an amazing time and the weather was wonderful. Resort fees added up with the $55.00 per night per room and parking was a joke, another $25 dollars per car per night.

Carol had everything planned out for our trip so all we had to do, was enjoy it all.

Planning our honeymoon seemed like an overwhelming task, but Carol immediately took away any worry! She was so patient when we were indecisive over which resort, and she was amazing at answering every question or concern we had! She is extremely knowledgeable and handled every airline challenge with ease! We will definitely be working with her again!

14 days before my wife and I were supposed to leave for Jamaica, the island was hit by a Category 5 hurricane. Carol worked continuously to assist us in contacting the resort and was eventually able, after days of 3-4 hour holds on the phone, to cancel our reservations. This trip had been booked for over 3 years, and she knew how much it meant for us. Carol went to work and found us a beautiful resort in Cancun within 24 hours of our cancellation, with no extra fees. 4 days later, I celebrated my 40th birthday on the beach, in the sun! Carol has been an amazing friend when it comes to booking destinations for my family. I have nothing but great things to say about her and will mention her name any time someone is speaking of taking trips. I will be booking again with her soon!

I did not know where to begin in planning a fun and unique opportunity for my husband and I to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I was referred to Carol Tufte by a friend. She was so easy to work with and to brainstorm the many ideas that were floating around in my head! Together we came up with an excellent plan to spend a week on St. Lucia Island in the Caribbean. It was our first time going to an all-inclusive resort like Sandals. Carol worked out all of the details of the trip including our flights. Everything played out in a seamless and organized manner for which we were very thankful! The Sandals Halcyon Resort at St. Lucia surpassed our expectations! Carol had mentioned that it is a smaller and quieter resort which is exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend Carol for your travel needs. We plan to work with her again as we want to book another trip to a Sandals Resort in the Caribbean.

Three incredible days in Times Square during the magical month of Christmas! The flight, hotel, everything was absolutely perfect!

We planned our trip about year or more in advance. Carol managed pre and post excursions, flights and tour for the Viking River cruise. We were 4 retirees traveling together. We spent additional time in Paris before the river cruise. We were excited to see Norte Dame, Eiffel Tower, shopping and dinner on a Seine River cruise. We traveled the river through beautiful Germany, France and Switzerland. We saw beautiful cathedrals and castles plus many Riesling vineyards. We had a special walking and foodie tour in Strasbourg. We spent a day in the Alps traveling by bus and train. Loved the tram ride down. Walking downtown Old Zürich with the clock towers was easy to navigate using local transportation. We had a great trip with smooth travels.

Carol is fantastic, very helpful and easy to work with.

The resort was very clean and had a very nice layout. We really enjoyed the adults only villas with our own pool and bar. There wasn't a lot of entertainment on this resort that we took part it but the entertainment at the sister resort was a lot of fun and we went there three times for their entertainment options so we really liked the fact that we could be at our resort if we wanted quiet and relaxing atmosphere but if we wanted more lively entertainment we could go next door which was a very short walk. The beach area around the resort is very nice and water was beautiful. Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather during our stay but we were still able to make the best of it and have a good time.

From the minute we left to the day we got home the experience was magical. I was apprehensive about doing a cruise, but it was a beautiful experience and so memorable. Thank you, Carol!

We went to Bon Voyage looking for help to plan a trip to Switzerland. Carol was friendly, helpful, reassuring, and thorough. She also helped plan our flight and was in contact with us at appropriate times putting the final touches to our trip. When there was a delay on the return that caused us to miss a connecting flight home, she helped steer us through the voucher procedures for an extra night’s stay in Amsterdam, and rebooked our flights for us. Her help was very much appreciated! The trip was as advertised and a trip I would recommend to friends. It felt a little more leisurely as we had several stops where we spent more than one day or night. Our local guide was extremely attentive and helpful to our group. We traveled by bus, and train and all was seamless! I would definitely go on a Collette tour again!

What a trip! Carol organized our dream trip to Ireland....set us up with CEI Tours for 8 days and arranged for additional 3 days in Dublin. Everything went fantastic. I would highly recommend CEI Tours, as well as using Carol on any type of trip.

Great trip

We did a 13 day Princess cruise trip package that started with 6 days on land. We flew to Fairbanks and traveled through Denali. We met our cruise boat in Whittier. The entire trip was seamless. Every detail was handled andwe never worried about a thing. Carol handled it all.

This is just the latest in our trips booked and managed by Carol. Our two boys live abroad and she is moving them all over the planet while booking our cruises and flights to hither and yon. She has saved us countless hours and dollars on our travel.

Carol was great from the beginning. She provided a number of hotel and flight options based on our preferences. The DoubleTree Hilton Hyde Park was our choice and it was an excellent hotel in an excellent location. Carol also provided me information of a change for individuals travelling to England during the time our trip was planned. We had to go on a website she also provided to register our visit to England ahead of time, which I would not have known or done had it not been for Carol. At the almost last minute of our trip, I contacted Carol to see if it was possible to make a change to our return flight. Carol not only got this accomplished, but did so after business hours on a Friday. I highly recommend Carol to anyone planning a trip.

The transfers between airport/ hotel/cruise were very well arranged. Flawless.

All we had to do is tell her where and why we wanted to go- she took the hassle out of planning and off she went! Giving us choices up front and before we knew it the trip was ready to go! Only the best comes out of Carol’s trip planning-she wouldn’t book anything for you that she wouldn’t want for herself!

The trip was wonderful and beautiful and our excursions were great and all of the shrubbery and flowers were beautiful and our ship had many many programs that we went to and they were all wonderful.

This was a trip of a life time for me. It my family heritage. Everywhere we went we learned so much of the country’s history. I want to return again

We had a great trip. Wim, our coach driver, was very experienced and is going to be missed by Image Tours since he is retiring. The small tunnels and hairpin turns he was able to get that coach thru was great. Fred, our tour director, was unbelievable. His knowledge and experience of the countries we visited was great. Not to mention, he spoke at least 5 languages. Our hotels were all first rate- very clean and comfortable. I really cannot think of anything to complain about the tour. Carol was amazing! She was always so responsive with questions and very patient with me. Carol set up our booking and transportation so well that everything was so easy when we were ready! Everything was smooth thanks to Carol. When planning the right location and resort for our wedding Carol did a great job of breaking everything down for us. Carol helped us set up the perfect trip to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. She was there for us every step of the way in planning this trip and was always available to answer any questions we had. Everything about this experience was amazing and allowed us to focus on the travel experience and not all the crazy logistics. We didn't have to worry or stress about ANYTHING. It may be the only way we travel internationally.

We had worked with Carol for several different trips/ adventures over the last decade. Was a wonderful trip, my family enjoyed it very much. The Aston Waikiki was a wonderful place to stay, our view was of the ocean and all its colors, beautiful. The plane ride was brutal, long and cramped, not an empty seat. The island was perfect, the people welcoming and very kind.

Carol pulled our trip together literally last minute!! And she did a fantastic job! Resort was gorgeous beyond words! Fantastic staff there as well! Definitely would go back! Transfers and everything were taken care of by Carol. Made things so much easier for us! Very grateful for her help!

Carol did a wonderful job in helping us plan our trip to Hawaii, including both Kauai and Maui. She was thoughtful about the hotels and resorts, taking into account the amenities that we wanted while we were in Hawaii. Both resorts/hotels were top notch and exceeded our expectations. She arranged our rental car too. Our trip went off without a hitch and we are hoping to go back there again someday.

We left Memphis and traveled to New Orleans on the Mississippi River. The whole trip was excellent!!! Staff on the boat were excellent, food was excellent, rooms were very comfortable, and the excursions were the best!!

Carol was excellent to work with and was so helpful to get Club mobay for us to make travel smooth in and out of the country.
