We were so lucky to find Karen as our travel agent. She has been a gift to work with from start to finish on our Alaska trip. Karen knows exactly what she is talking about and her follow through is stellar!!! We will be booking many more trips with Karen.

We have worked with Karen on three "bucket list" trips. She has provided extremely valuable expertise in arranging the details, including purchasing travel insurance. Where Karen has really shown brightest is when we had to cancel a trip (twice in the last year), when we needed her most! Karen demonstrates all the follow thru that you would want in a travel professional partner.

Karen has been so helpful with setting up trips for us with good advice and experience. She listens to our preferences and budget preferences and lets us know options and gives us the choice. She is a real pleasure to work with . We had a mishap on this vacation. A bike accident left one of us in the hospital and in need of changing reservations for room, car, and contacting our travel insurance carrier. I was unable to get anything done - the virus situation was just starting to erupt and I was on hold with everyone. I contacted Karen - within 45 minutes she was back to me with new plane reservations, extended our rental car, had two options for a different hotel closer to the hospital and had initiated a claim with the insurance. I do no know what I would have done without her help. She is super at her job and really understood what we needed. She is great and I am in the process of telling all of my friends!

Then, if you make changes, you are not forced to deal with somebody in India named Joe who will increase your hotel stay 120%.

As inexperienced travelers, Karen knew the questions to ask us to tailor the right trip for us. She identified a tour to suit our destination and timing wishes. The Trafalgar tour was interesting & fun. The transportation from the Rome airport, during the intense Roman rush hours (considering that traffic rules seem to be suggestions rather than rules) was arranged a head of time by Karen. Thank goodness. This was a terrific stress reliever. And finally, the pre-trip discussion covering what to expect, when, how much to tip, ask for the bill, tips to navigate the trip, etc helped to makes use feel comfortable, well less confused, as we stepped into a new country. Great trip assisted by Karen guidance and coaching.

I have been dealing with Karen for many years for all my travels. She is always ready to help weather in person visits or by email. I depend on her and she has never let me down. She is currently helping me with this virus shutdown. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

In 2020, Gloria & I had Karen book us a trip to Palm Springs CA for the month of February in 2021. This included airfare, rental car and insurance for both the flights and condo. Well, Covid didn't go away like we thought it was going to and we asked Karen if she could delay us for a month which she did. Then things got worse, and we asked if she could delay our trip until 2022. She was able to do that too! Karen really hung in there with us, and we recently returned from our month of perfect weather in Palm Springs.

South America, Caribbean, South Pacific, Alaska. Doesn't matter, because they were all perfectly planned and were never any problems or glitches. She always answere any questions we had.

We love working with Karen Malone. We use her for all of our travels. Recently we went to Costa Rica. We absolutely loved the trip and would recommend it to others. It is in the same time zone and a 4 hour flight from Minneapolis. It is very tropical and really feels that you are in a foreign country.

Our favorite trip was a tour to Nicaragua by bus. An experience of a lifetime seeing the lava from the top of a volcano.

Now that we have some time to travel, my wife and I have greatly enjoyed working with Karen. Once we have decided on a destination, Karen is a wizard at finding the best prices, the most discounts, and the most convenient airline connections. Need a guide to tour Pompeii? Not a problem. Stay an extra day in Athens? Not a problem. Find a connecting flight out of Sorrento? Not a problem. Karen is very knowledgeable, always friendly, always eager to help. She knows what she's doing!

She is a great travel agent! She knows the ins & outs of the various travel companies. We particularly appreciate her expertise in cruising. She goes the extra mile to make sure our trips are always excellent and trouble free.

Wonderful! Works hard to be sure we get all our special needs since Don has mobility problems. This includes wheelchairs at the airport and all destinations, finds us electric scooters to rent and special transport to and from airport. Keeps in touch very well and doesn't mind my stupid questions.

Karen was so wonderful with helping plan our destination wedding. She worked with a number of family members and friends, some who were not at all familiar with cruising, so Karen was able to answer questions and alleviate concerns about cruises. This trip would not have been planned as smoothly if it wasn't for Karen's help.

She treats her customers well. She worked with a group of 3 couples who had different beginning plans of the trip and coordinated them together so they were able to meet and continue on into the cruise with each other
She has been very persistent when working with airlines and cruise ships in getting the right information, connections, flights and bookings.
She will always take the time to go over any material you would like to review. After everything is set and before your trip starts, she will review the whole travel set up.
By far she is better than any travel agent I've used before
