I became a travel consultant in 2001, and have been fascinated with travelling my entire life, and I enjoy sharing my passion for travel with all of my clients. Throughout my travels, I have had a chance to travel and visit many wonderful places, such as:

I am an honors graduate of Sheridan College ‘s Travel and Tourism program, and am a certified CTC (Certified Travel Counsellor) from the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies. One of my specialties is luxury and river cruising, and I hold an ACC (Accredited Cruise Counsellor) designation from the Cruise Lines international Association.

The most important lesson I’ve learned is to provide excellent “value” to all of my current clientele. Value doesn’t always mean getting the lowest possible rock bottom price on a trip, but means finding the right holiday choice for you, in the right resort, cruise line, villa or tour, while making sure to advise you on possible optional enhancements, to help make your holiday even more special. I will be there from start to finish on your trip, to make sure your trip runs smoothly, and will be in your corner, as we work for you, not the airlines, cruise lines or hotel companies. In addition to working with you to find the perfect cruise or land holiday, I will use my knowledge and expertise to make your getaway a special one, from booking a private welcome transfer, assisting with dining reservations, creating custom tour experiences, and assisting with pre or post customized hotel stays.
Whatever your special future travel memory is, I will be happy to help make it become a reality.

With an expertise in luxury and contemporary cruising, I have also travelled throughout Europe for holidays for many years, as well as having first hand knowledge of Alaska and the Caribbean.

Ian is excellent! One of my coworkers recommended him to us, and we are really satisfied with the service he provides us. I can just tell him what I have in mind, and he comes up with variations for us to choose from. He is patient and helpful in this process. Once we decide, he is thorough with the information he provides us. He gives us options for airfare, hotels, transfers etc. He knows what both my husband and I like, which is not always the same, so he provides us with choices that we can both be happy with. I have recommended him to others.
