She is quite knowledgable from preplanning to during the whole trip and all the way back home. Rebecca was courteous to help us at the airport and ensuring that we were comfortable and prepared for the long journey. She even helped us and others remove our luggage from the carousel when we landed and helped us during checked it!

She responded promptly to all the questions/concerns we had, ensured we have all the info required and removed any worry from our minds!

We had the luck of travelling with her as well. She is an ideal travel companion: knowledgeable, flexible and fun. She also took it upon herself to help solve any of our issues (missed transfers, lost luggage, dietary requirements, etc). She took on any challenge with cheer and humour.
