Karina is very detail oriented and even after booking she helped by printing all boarding documents, providing a document organizer that could hold all of our passports and other documents, providing high quality luggage tags, and so on. Now my most difficult chores include, finding a couple of chairs on the Lido deck and keeping our cocktails refreshed. Karina has always had good suggestions and made our vacation planning almost effortless. Thank you Karina; you are the BEST!!!

We had a group of 15 U.S. youth billiard competitors and their families traveling to Shanghai, China for the world championships. We've used Karina's services on a couple of occasions. The first time was for a 3 week European tour for my family. In Rome, we were right next to the Spanish Stairs with an amazing view of them right from our apartment. Our next trip was a 30 year anniversary vacation to Hawaii.
