We cannot thank Kris enough for saving our honeymoon. The original resort we were staying at recently had a major seaweed problem which stunk up the whole place. It was to the point that nobody went to the beach because the smell was so bad. Since people were not at the beach, everyone stayed by the pool, but now there were not enough chairs to support everyone. Visitors were stuck in their rooms because of this.

I called Kris, and within a few hours she was able to move us to another resort. She confirmed that there were no issues with the beach (even e-mailed us a picture). When we got there, the beaches were beautiful, the service was great, and we had a wonderful time. The resort was much nicer than the original one we booked.

I would recommend Kris to anyone as she was super friendly and easy to work with. We definitely plan on booking our next trip through Kris.

Very professional

This was the first major trip in my adult life -- I am scared to fly but my daughter was graduating vet school in the UK , and I would not miss it. I am unfamiliar with the workings of planning a trip, and I could not have accomplished it without Kris' knowledge and expertise. Every flight, hotel, driver, tour and rental car was planned and scheduled perfectly and there was not one issue throughout the entire trip. Not only did Kris assist me with all the London details, but she also was a key player in setting up the second half of our trip to Scotland. She was more than a travel agent, she was personally involved with our trip and it was obviously very important to her that everything be just right. She gave me the pep talk to get on the plane and go -- it will all be worth it. And it was. A great trip thanks to Kris Levy.

Kris was amazing to say the least! We had approx 83 guests travel to our wedding in Playa Mujeres, Mexico and my husband I never had to worry about the travel arrangements. Kris worked with the resort to make sure everything was seamless and we could never have done it without her. I never felt one ounce of stress while planning our wedding and even though she wasn't on the trip with us she still ensured that everything was going as planned. Kris even provided us with a romantic dinner on her, seriously so sweet. We can't thank her enough for making this trip simply perfect.

Kris is a pleasure to work with. We have planned multiple trips with her over 7-8 years and consistently comes through with great ideas, destinations, accommodations and excursions.
