we've worked with sarah for years. nice to see a picture of her, by the way. she's always worked hard for us. this past year we were able to arrange three back to backs, same ship, same room on celebrity equinox. just love working with her as she always pretty prompt in responding to my emails and my seemingly zillions of questions! in spite of the fact a july cruise was questionable for us, she hung in there providing all the info i needed. turns out the cruise will not work because of my hubby's hip issue. in a few weeks will be working with her trying to find back to back february cruises that suit our dates. i always recommend cru con and sarah to friends.

Sarah has booked several cruises for me over the last few years and has always been very professional and timely on returning any emails or calls. She makes sure the little details are all confirmed and any time I request a cabin number change; she makes it happen. I used to book my own cruises but couldn't pass up on the Travel Agency perks offers, so I switched to a TA. I had to use another TA one time when Sarah was out on vacation, and they couldn't compare to Sarah's level of service.

Above & Beyond to solve an accounting mystery
