She has been so helpful in our planning of cruises whether for my husband and I, or our whole family, getting our best pricing, choosing our ship and/or cabins, quickly responding to our questions and looking out for cruises we wanted...example, we wanted to do an Azamara cruise along Africa's north coast, but at the time we discussed it with Anne it was fully booked. We were on a cruise and I was checking that cruise and a cabin was available, I tried to email Anne, but the ship's Internet was down. Anne had also been monitoring that cruise and she immediately put a hold on the cabin. When Internet was up, I contacted her, she replied she knew we really wanted that cruise so she held it. We were so grateful for her excellent service! That's just one example of her excellent service over the years.
