Roxanne did an amazing job of planning our trip! We planned this trip a year in advance and every detail was taken care of. Any questions we had along the way, Roxanne was quick to get an answer. Before we left, she sent a wonderful packet that included all of our trip information including addresses and phone numbers and what to do in case of an emergency. We had no trouble getting to where we needed to be. She handled everything very professionally and was very knowledgeable. We would definitely use Roxanne again for future trips!

Roxanne has been amazing because she asks the critical questions I didn’t think about. I’m a world travel for business, but was totally blown away with the things she brought up around views and ease of access that I totally didn’t think about. Roxanne even had my best interests in mind and helped minimize the expenses on a last minute “bucket list” trip for my mom. Roxanne is awesome!

I didn’t really care where I wanted to go other than the Caribbean, so I just gave her my basic criteria and price I wanted to stay within. She did all the work and booked us a great trip. She included transportation and anything else I would have normally had to do myself. The trip was great and she had all the info I needed to make everything go as smoothly as possible. I loved not having to lift a finger. I will definitely use Roxy again.

My brother invited us to go to PR with him, his wife are her family. He's worked with Roxanne previously and gave me her contact information. From my initial contact, I felt I was in great hands. Roxanne was pleasant to speak with and very efficient. I told her where and when I wanted to go and she handled the rest. She provided several travel options and included fees and taxes so there were no hidden costs. We were able to make an informed decision about the trip, which I appreciated. Once we confirmed and paid for the trip, we received all of our paperwork (confirmation number, itinerary, travel check list, etc), via the mail, within days. Roxanne made this entire process a breeze and I will definitely reach out to her on any future travel plans.

Divi Aruba was a great all-inclusive resort. Rooms were clean and in great shape. Food was excellent as was the service. Nice beach.

When we had an unexpected cancellation on our trip, Roxanne was able to assist us with a quick solution that allowed us to still return home on time. Roxanne was wonderful to work with! She was very responsive and managed a large group (18) reservation of couples from across the country, scheduling zoom meetings, answering questions, providing thorough information, airfare, Club MoBay and so much more! She was very knowledgeable and looked into many specific questions that came up - we had absolute trust that we were well taken care of! We had never used a travel agent before, and were so happy, we used her services immediately again for another upcoming trip!

Roxanne was amazing to work with. Leading up to our trip we did zoom meetings, and she explained the information thoroughly regarding the details. She also assisted us tremendously when our trip was delayed regarding the current situation with the airlines. She made sure we had temporary lodging when we were stuck overnight in our connecting flight city. She was able to get us an additional day at the resort due to arriving late. She actually checked on us when we arrived home. She went above and beyond what is expected of of a travel agent, and would certainly use her again on future trips.
