Working with Mandy was a pleasure. She booked me and my family for a trip to Disneyland and we couldn't be happier! She was able to beat the prices we found online while also making planning the trip and making sure everything was in place a breeze! It seems the only thing she couldn't help us with was making the lines at the resort shorter, though I think that's more Disney's problem.

Mandy helped us with the planning of our trip to Australia. I feel she went above and beyond when we had some unexpected snags. She made her self available to us even though she was on a vacation of her own. When we ended up need to change our flights home she was right on it and we didn’t have to worry about it at all, she just took care of it!

I was looking for a travel agent to help us book our first cruise. I had done some research and picked a place to cruise, a cruise line, a ship, a stateroom type and location that we were attracted to and needed some conformation that this was a good idea, being our first cruise. I called and interviewed about 6 travel agents. When I reached Mandy, I know she was the right choice for us. The first thing I noticed was that she listened. Instead of telling us all about her and her services, she asked, "what are you looking for"? We found out that she has a vast amout of a variety of travel knowledge and was abole to verify and add additional information to complete our booking. She produced a package that was thourough, clearly displayed and just what we were looking for. I give her a 12 out of 10. Thank you Mandy. Our trip was terrific.

We have had 2 amazing trips planned with help from Mandy. 18 days in Alaska (flights, hotels in Vancouver/Denali/Anchorage/Soldotna), cruise, train tour, Denali, fishing on the Kenai and Homer, rental car, restaurant suggestions. Before we booked we had plenty of options for dates, length of stays at each location, cruise types and port stops, cruise companies, different hotel options with advantages of each. We basically had "unit" pricing for each option. After we booked we received a detailed itinerary for everything so we could book excursions and not worry we were missing something. Our 2nd trip was a family trip to Cancun over Christmas 2024. Again we received information on several resort options, with advantages to each. Lucky for us she knows the resorts well and we ended up at a beautiful resort. I called Mandy on a whim to see what package deal I could get for my trip to Hawaii. I was not disappointed at all!! She was very fast to respond and within an hour and half she was giving me quotes! Mandy is an awesom travel agent. She has been great to work with. Consider Many your "GO TO" travel agent if you live in the Brigham City area. In fact, I recomend her for cruises and vacations regardless of where you live. I find on Expedia or Orbitz what I want and then I call her to book it. It's usually a little cheaper with Many but I appreciate her personal service. For me I always like to buy from the local Box Elder County folks if possible.

We asked for a trip within our budget that had everything we still wanted and she got us just that. She went out of her way to make sure everything was in order. A week before we left I notice my passport was In my old married name. I gave her a call at 7 am freaking out, she kept me calm and made sure I was able to still go on my trip with my family!
