Luxury All-Inclusive Resorts and Cruises

Rose was referred to my husband and I by several friends who have used her assistance for years. We now completely understand why! Between inconsistent work days, communication can be tricky. Rose was SO patient and understanding, sending us information through email. When we scheduled a phone call, it was on our time and so personal- she asked questions to get to know us as people, to figure out where to send us on our honeymoon. She nailed it! We got back from St. Lucia last night and we still feel we are dreaming. She chose THE perfect resort for us. We were surprised with so many random acts of kindness throughout the week, only to find out it was all part of her plan. We could have landed a deal at the Sandals office while there, but nothing compares to the service and guidance of Rose! Forever our travel agent. ??

I preferred to use email as the means of communication and Rose answered my questions and concerns promptly and I felt that she cared about my business. I felt the whole time there was a "real" person at the end of each email.

What a fantastic experience I had working with Rose!! I would recommend her and her company to any and everybody!! She was very fast in responding to my emails and was always quick to call me back if I missed her... she is very knowledgeable about the vacation she helped me book, and so friendly!! I have not had a better experience with other travel companies in the past 20 years of traveling! I will only use Rose from now on!!
