Leila is excellent! We sailed on the Norwegian Getaway last August, and she even arranged our entertainment reservations. She was available to answer our questions as first time cruisers, from beginning to end. Even helped me to begin my travel insurance claim process, after we encounter a few bumps on our trip. So glad Leila encourage us to purchase Travel Insurance as well. Definitively planning my next vacation with her again.

Ms. Reyes was very helpful and available from start to finish. The flight got canceled 30 minutes before boarding. The ticket agent was not very helpful. I ended up talking to Leila on a Sunday and she offered us 2 options. A flight out later that afternoon or a rental car. She made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely use her again and recommend her to friends and family.

Leila is amazing, she was able to book the perfect family vacation and anniversary celebration for our family in a very short period of time. The flights, car rental, hotel, restaurants and activities for the whole family all done for us perfectly. Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is beautiful. Leila reserved us a beach front suite which had separate bedrooms and bathrooms and the views were amazing! The cake and champagne she sent to our room on our anniversary day was just over the top. Puerto Rico is phenomenal with beautiful people, culture, history and of course AMAZING FOOD. It was hard having to leave. I can't wait to call Leila for our next adventure.

Leila is incredible. We spent about 10 years dreaming of what it would be like to take the family to Paris in order to see the 2024 Olympics (and then a restful time to Greece). But when it came time to actually start making plans and reservations, it was very overwhelming. Leila made everything a breeze. She worked as fast or as slow as we wanted when it came time to booking flights, hotels, excursions, etc. When it came time to leave for our trip, we had all our plans in the Trip app and in a printed booklet. Both were extremely helpful and our 2 week trip to Paris, Santorini, and Athens went off without a hitch. No trip is too big for her!

Leila Reyes interrupted her own vacation to deal with a critical situation that we were facing after our cruise ship was delayed due to technical difficulties with the engine. In the cruise ship, the wifi services offered was max out and extremely slow because people were desperate trying to reschedule their flight home. Others were trying to make hotel reservations. There were only 4 phone lines and the waiting line was long. (Remember, cruises may have over 3000 people on board) If you only have one opportunity to call a person to help you reschedule a flight or perhaps to help you find a hotel, Who would that be? In our case was Leila. She adopted our situation and strategically studied a map of the city we were at and found us a hotel. She gave us all the instructions to follow including the train we need to take and how far the hotel was from our location. We greatly appreciated all her effort.
