Caribbean and Mexico Memories

Ann and fran, helped me so much with my wedding proposal. I told them an idea of going to Las Vegas for show. They asked me questions about what I wanted, my budget, etc. they helped me have the best experience of proposing to my wife. If you have destination or even "planned" vacation call them first for they will help you with all the details.

Ann and Fran have helped us with two vacations. Our family trip to Mexico was the first major vacation we had taken with our three children, and Ann and Fran helped us with everything from start to finish. All travel, shuttle, and hotel arrangements were perfect, and I was able to relax and not worry about anything; they had it all taken care of. It was a wonderful trip and everyone enjoyed it! In December 2021, my mom and I desperately needed a mental health break from our daily responsibilities, so Ann and Fran quickly stepped in and took care of the arrangements. Because of COVID, the paperwork for international travel has become more complicated, but they knew what we needed, and when, where, and how we could take care of it.

I love the thoroughness of their service -- every detail, every possibility is taken care of, and they follow-up afterwards to make sure the trip not only went well but was better than anticipated. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We booked our honeymoon through Caribbean & Beyond. Ann Cappa was on top of it from day one providing great destination and package choices and she really paid attention to what we were looking for. We had everything booked and paid then COVID hit ... we had to postpone our wedding and Ann helped us get a refund. Fast-forward 6 months and the wedding was back on. Once again Ann helped us find a new location (decided to stay in the Country this time due to COVID) so she booked us into a beautiful B&B in Napa (the Candlelight Inn - absolutely amazing) but as fate would have it, two week before our departure, Napa had serious fire issues. Ann was following up with the resort, was on top of flight changes and more. Long story short, we are back from our honeymoon and had an amazing time.
