Even thought she does not offer booking dining reservations for you if you are staying at a low value resort. Which is absolutely okay, she still offered to do it for us because we were repeat customers! Michelle was so helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and had so many great tips and suggestions. She stayed on top of any changes and work to help us with our itinerary and dining reservations. We took our daughter to Disney World for her 1st birthday and had an amazing time. I will cherish those memories for the rest of my life! Michelle helped make it all happen. Highly recommend if you need help with all the little details and ins and outs of Disney (especially now with the park pass reservation system!). You won’t regret it!

She is great! She's up to date on everything going with Disney and even Universal. She will sit on the phone for hours to make sure you get any discounts that get released and will tell you what's the best deal for you.
