Denise had worked with a friend who I was travelling with. So it was logical that we worked through Denise. I found her efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and very much on top of her game. So much so that I used her to book another tour upon my return from my Viking Cruise.

Dee did a great job at organizing our vacation in the midst of very difficult travel times.

Denise has planned two wonderful trips for us. As first time cruisers to Alaska, we had many questions and she always patiently answered them prior to our trip.

The second trip was on Viking, the Grand European Tour. What a wonderful experience! This was the trip of a lifetime. With Denise’s guidance, we made the decision to take this longer Viking trip, which could easily have been 2-3 separate trips to visit all of the cities we were able to see. This actually saved us money. People say not to use a travel agent because everything can be reserved online by oneself. However, things like missing an air connection, etc. and having to rebook without a travel agent’s assistance (while in unfamiliar territory) could be a nightmare. We did not have any such problems, however, it was reassuring to know that Denise would be there if we needed her. Long term experience speaks for itself, and Denise has it. Thank you Denise!
