Working with Amber was an absolute pleasure. From the very early planning stages , until the end of our trip she was with us every step of the way. I was really nervous about planning a Disney trip but she made it very easy. She helped us book many things ahead of time, including some meals and scheduled fast passes for us. She broke everything down into small decisions to make, along with when the decision needed to be made by. She was very respectful of budgets. She explained pros and cons of different things and had personal experience from travels with her own family. Whenever we had questions, she was just a phone call away an was very patient with us. She was even in contact with us while we were on our trip and when we had one very minor issue, I contacted her and it was resolved right away. I can not say enough great things about Amber. She enhanced our vacation so much. I can honestly say we had a fun, magical, stress-free trip of a lifetime.

Extremely responsive and so knowledgeable. It was our first time going and any questions we had or if we wanted any recommendations, she was always quick to respond and had great ideas. She worked so hard to get the perfect reservations for our trip, and I truly believe we had such a great time, because we were in great hands.

Amber was extremely helpful every step of the process. She helped us find the best deal, helped us plan transportation, helped us decide on restaurants/mealtimes, and she made the reservations. When it came time for our trip she made sure everything was taken care and even put together a gift bag to help reveal the surprise to our boys. She checked in with us during our trip, was available to answer in trip questions, and helped us with anything that came up. She armed us with tips and tricks for each park based on our family that helped us make the most of each day. Without Amber it would have been a stressful, chaotic visit, but with her help it was truly the magical experience you dream of with a Disney vacation.

She is definitely a seasoned traveler and has personally experienced multiple Disney cruises and among others. She was beyond helpful from the very start, assisting on picking which boat, destination, room, she was able to answer every question I had and if she didn’t know, she’d research for me. At one point before our trip, we had paid in full and she found a discount Disney offered and automatically got us our refund. She also was able to help me thru the online check in process, schedule our boutique and royal gathering appointments. She gave reminders for check in, boutiques, payments, our special phone call with Minnie and Mickey. when our cruise was days away we met up and she gave me a big packet full of helpful information on what to expect. While on the boat she was still able to reach out, ask if we made it safely and mentioned a few other areas of the boat to checkout and explore. 10/10 recommend. ??????????

Due to circumstances outside of our control, we had to quickly pivot and find a new location for our vacation. Amber was wonderful to work with and made that happen! She not only switched our reservation, she made sure we had all the info and travel tips needed for a smooth travel experience! We had a great trip!

We recently visited the Sandals resort in the Bahamas on a trip we had planned for years with Amber Smith of Simply Enchanted. Our room was in East bay with a Butler and one of the best vacations we’ve ever been on. Amber insured every detail was taken care of; before, during, and after. She even checked in several times while we were gone!! We loved all of her suggestions and especially loved the private island which is an extension of the resort. We booked another stay with Amber and cannot wait until next year to try another Sandals resort!

Amber was so helpful! I find trip planning, especially to parks like Disney or Universal, very stressful and Amber made it all super straight forward and easy. All we had to do was pay and show up! She also recommended lanyards and gave a couple to us, which proved very helpful at Universal since we needed to carry paper tickets. She also sent me the link to apply for my disability pass at Universal, since I have a chronic condition that qualifies. I was approved and the pass was extremely helpful. Thanks Amber!

My wife and I stayed at the Sandals Grand St. Lucian for her 40th birthday celebration. The food was wonderful and the view from our oceanfront balcony was incredible. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with views of the volcanic mountains and crystal clear waters of the Caribbean all from our room. Only a 5 minute walk from Pigeon Island National Park where we climbed to the top of Signal Peak and saw views of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Amber did an excellent job organizing the vacation for us, making it hassle free.

Amber ensured we had not only our hotel handled (as well as our park tickets for both Universal/Epic and Disney), but also ensured we had access to both Halloween Parties at Disney and Universal, as well as went out of her way to make sure we had access to any fine dining reservations we wanted. She knows her ways around the parks and had tons of tips and tricks for us!

The options during the vacation planning process were endless. It would have been too overwhelming without someone to help organize our needs and timeline. Without Amber's insights, tips and calming words, it would not have been nearly as successful and enjoyable. We had great appreciation for her time and expertise.
