TBH, I was not so impressed with the service at first. You seemed to not be returning my texts/ calls in a timely fashion. We were booking with another family who were recieving timely responses from you. So that was annoying. However, you were an AMAZING help when our flights were delayed and the trip went haywire. I really do not know what I would have done without your direction. Greatly appreciated.
