For over I would refer to Kristi as my best friend that I’ve never met! She was always there for me from the planning stages through coming home. I have had her plan 2 trips to Disney, and they were flawless! Kristi took care of all of the details, so it was a true vacation for me! Kristi is not only very knowledgeable, but she is also puts her clients first! I have reached out to her with various questions, and she responds very quickly! Two perfect vacations from beginning to end.

Kristina has planned two Disney vacations for us so far and we couldn’t have been more impressed with her knowledge of Disney vacation experiences and travel in general. Her professionalism and dedication to our family from the time we started planning each vacation to the time we arrived home from our vacation was unmatched. My husband is a brain cancer patient and has very specific travel needs. Kristina went above and beyond to make sure there were specific accommodations made for us while traveling with a terminally ill patient and two young children, contacted the airlines and hotel on our behalf to inquire about different things for us, and made herself available to us as a resource throughout the trip. Kristina is clearly an expert in this industry and I recommend her to everyone I know. As long as she is a travel agent, we will never make travel arrangements with anyone else.

Kristina made planning our trip to Disney stress free and so easy! I didnt realize the value of using a travel agent until utilizing her expertise for our trip! All we had to do was pack and show up! There are so many things about Disney that I never knew but she knew it all. Whether it was where to eat, wait times for rides, or the best rides for my two kids, she knew the answer! I look forward to using her for our future trips and would recommend her to anyone planning a trip!

Best Trip

Before I tackle the load of laundry awaiting me I wanted to thank Kristi Upton for being on call while we enjoyed the Punta Cana sun. If you aren’t using a travel agent I highly recommend it. You pay the same price as advertised on the companies website and when u have a “oh shit” moment they step in. Like “oh shit when is our airport transfer coming tomorrow?” Just text Kristi and get back to the fun.

Mexico Excellence Coral

The resort was Excellence Coral in Playa Mujeres. An all-adult all-inclusive. It just opened in February and we have zero complaints. It was amazing. While the pictures look incredible, it’s nothing in comparison to being there. The employees truly make it an unforgettable experience.

Costa Rica

What an unforgettable time in a beautiful country. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. We hiked in the rainforest to breathtaking waterfalls, and enjoyed watching tons of wildlife throughout the week that we’ve never seen in the wild - sloths, toucans, parrots, owls, sea turtles, reptiles, monkeys and more. The howler monkeys served as nature’s alarm clock each morning!

Disney Honeymoon

The trip was amazing! We had the best time and everything went very smoothly. The weather wasn't even too bad. It was warm, but not unbearable. We lucked out.
The resort was perfect and we will definitely be staying there again with the RV. There is so much to do just at the campground and the two boats that go to Magic Kingdom and Contemporary were a big bonus because it can be time-consuming to drive to Magic Kingdom, take the parking lot tram, and then a boat/tram to the actual park. The RV site was also very spacious and we fit in it perfectly.
We ended up canceling our dining reservations because we were so busy at the parks. Instead, we opted for special quick service places at each of the parks for snacks throughout the day. It saved us a lot of time (and money of course), but the food was still exceptional. Our favorites were Le Creperie at Epcot and Sleepy Hollow at Magic Kingdom.
Thank you for all of your help in planning the trip. We will certainly be going back

Honeymoon Secrets Costa Rica

Honeymoon

Kristi was amazing from start to finish in helping us book our honeymoon to St. Lucia! She made sure our experience was nothing but easy. She made excellent recommendations for resorts based on the amenities we were looking for and that were in our budget! We loved Sandals Regency La Toc and wouldn’t have found it without Kristi’s suggestions! Kristi made flying over Christmas break stress-free as well, making sure to get us the best deal possible. When we were flying down, fog prevented us from going through with the original plans. At 9:00 ish at night (on Christmas Day!) Kristi jumped into action and got us on another flight within minutes. A Magical Family Vacation

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation at Walt Disney World where we made memories that we already cherish. A Perfect First Universal Orlando Experience!

Kristi got it done, and I look forward to working with her again. When I went to plan our first trip to Universal, I was overwhelmed by options, and not sure how the experience might change post-pandemic. I had a lot of ideas as to what I wanted our experience to be, based on our wide age range of travelers. Kristi took all of my info and efficiently organized options that she believed would be the most comfortable for us. She shared opinions based on experience, but always personalized it for my family and did not push an agenda. She was extremely knowledgeable, and spot on with her recs. She was easily accessible during our stay to take care of any issues or changes (but there were no real issues, as she had planned it so well). Fabulous Disney Vacation

We worked with Kristina while planning a trip with my children and parents. Kristina was incredibly knowledgable about all things Disney and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. My mother had just gotten over a serious illness before our trip, and Kristina was amazing at helping us with any special accommodations we might need beforehand. She also checked in with us during our trip, which was so amazing! We will definitively be using Kristina again for future vacations!

My family has used Kristi on 5 separate occasions to help us plan for our trips down to Disney; to include our current trip with the extended family and nearly 20 people. Every single time she has be amazing. From booking rooms to dining, fastpasses and plane tickets; there is nothing we are not comfortable with her helping us out with. She is always very open in communication and gets back to us when we leave a message within minutes. We first used Kristi to help us plan a trip to Disney World with our three kids. We would have been so lost without her. From tickets, to dinner reservations and fast passes- she did it all! When we ran into some minor issues, and she was quick to get back to us and take care of things. We were so thankful to have found her. She may be an expert with Disney, but she was just as great with planning our other trips after that too!

Kristi is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with! She is so knowledgeable about the Disney parks and what will work best for our family.
