Her professionalism and dedication to our family from the time we started planning each vacation to the time we arrived home from our vacation was unmatched. My husband is a brain cancer patient and has very specific travel needs. The resort was Excellence Coral in Playa Mujeres. An all-adult all-inclusive. It just opened in February and we have zero complaints. It was amazing. While the pictures look incredible, it’s nothing in comparison to being there. The employees truly make it an unforgettable experience. What an unforgettable time in a beautiful country. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. We hiked in the rainforest to breathtaking waterfalls, and enjoyed watching tons of wildlife throughout the week that we’ve never seen in the wild - sloths, toucans, parrots, owls, sea turtles, reptiles, monkeys and more. The trip was amazing! We had the best time and everything went very smoothly. The weather wasn't even too bad. It was warm, but not unbearable. We lucked out.

The resort was perfect and we will definitely be staying there again with the RV. There is so much to do just at the campground and the two boats that go to Magic Kingdom and Contemporary were a big bonus because it can be time-consuming to drive to Magic Kingdom, take the parking lot tram, and then a boat/tram to the actual park. The RV site was also very spacious and we fit in it perfectly.

We ended up canceling our dining reservations because we were so busy at the parks. Instead, we opted for special quick service places at each of the parks for snacks throughout the day. It saved us a lot of time (and money of course), but the food was still exceptional. Our favorites were Le Creperie at Epcot and Sleepy Hollow at Magic Kingdom.

Kristi was amazing from start to finish in helping us book our honeymoon to St. Lucia! She made sure our experience was nothing but easy.
