I loved working with Janet ! She is extremely helpful, friendly and patient. We had booked a Mediterranean cruise for March 2020 which was cancelled, then rescheduled twice by us. Janet was a huge help and had to put in so much extra work on our cruise. She was alway upbeat and a pleasure to work with. She is always available for help, even while you’re on the trip. Can’t wait to book with Janet again ! :)

Girls Trip

Janet was a great help when planning our first girls trip! Janet has worked with many of my family members and was recommended to me by them when I expressed wanting to plan a summer trip with my friends. I was able to contact her and she helped me right away by inquiring our interest for our trip and making them a reality. She always responded in a timely manner and offered us various options that were related to our budget, what we were looking for (at a resort), and allowing us to ask as many questions as needed.
The trip was an absolute success and it would not have been possible without Janet's help! It was everything that we were looking for and more.
