Janet was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions, even the ones I asked multiple times because I would forget the answer. She helped me handle a last minute credit card swap and quickly answered my texts while I was at the airport in Jamaica and had questions. I don't know where to begin...we had 20+ people in our group for our cruise and everything went smoothly. Janet was super communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed; from hotel bookings, to dinner reservations to shore excursions. Janet was amazing in helping us plan our cruise. I was a total pain with lots of questions and she answered all of them right away. She sent reminders on things we needed to do before hand. She was even there for us when we had issues traveling on our first day. She helped us every step of the way. When we returned, we were due a refund from the airlines. I had taken care of that however the airlines sent refund back to the cruise line. Janet took the time to investigate and was able to get our refund back. Janet went above and beyond to help coordinate our fairytale wedding at Secrets St. Martin. Two years in the making, due to COVID-19 throwing a few wrenches (or hammers) in the mix, Janet handled it like a pro. What was supposed to be a group of 100+ in October 2020 pared down to approximately 60 for our October 2021 date. I can only imagine the work involved with just that portion. Her knowledge of the travel industry and high level of customer service speaks volumes. She was quick to respond to call/emails/texts (almost anytime of the day or night). She gracefully handled last-minute requests, vendor negotiations, and 'difficult' / 'complicated' guests professionally, always doing what she could to make things right. She worked closely with the Sales Director, General Manager, on-site wedding planner, and the entire team at the resort to ensure every single part of our special day worked like a well-oiled machine. I would definitely recommend Janet. We could've done it ourselves!
