Jim found us a wonderful hotel outside of Port Canaveral, Florida prior to our cruise. We stayed at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton in Melbourne Beach, Florida. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had very attentive and friendly staff. He also booked our Disney Hotel and theme park tickets. He sent us reminders and up to date park information. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding Disney trips from recommendations on each park to dining options to attractions. He walked us through the Disney Fast Pass booking and even sent reminders right before booking options were available. He was even willing to book the fast passes for us to make things easier. Right before the trip, Jim emailed with all the booking information and confirmations in one email.

Jim went above and beyond on helping us with our trip. He gave us many tips preparing for our trip. When we had issues with our flight, Jim was with us every step of the way to offer help. I would definitely would work with Jim for our travel needs!

Jim was fantastic. He took care of everything and then some. He filled me on on some of the changes at Disney and made sure I knew this was not like trips of old. He was available for any question I had and made sure our family had realistic expectations.

Jim went above and beyond while helpin gplan our trip. It was a short notice trip and he found us a nice hotel and thought of several details we had not considered. As an additional plus - there were several flight delays around the time of our trip and when I contacted Jim during the trip with a question - he mentioned he had already started to look into options in case our flight was canceled (thankfully it was not - but he was a relief knowing he had our back if necessary!)
