Alicia handled our family trip to Alaska which included a land tour package. She gave us great advice about doing the land package first which was so much easier on my 85 year old parents. All of the transportation and transfers were seamless. She also helped handle a last minute passport issue which could have been catastrophic but was happily resolved. We've already booked our next trip with her.

Alicia planned our trip to Victoria Falls and South Africa. Her knowledge of the destinations and lodges was exceptional and the itinerary was perfect. During our two-week trip, everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend her enough for your African Safari!

Alicia planned two wonderful trips for us. The first one was with our entire family (including two little girls) to the UK, with multiple stops. The hotels were exactly what we requested - boutique hotels with history. Alicia arranged all of the tours and rail passages. Before the trip, she met with us to make sure everything was okay with us. She also gave us helpful tips, such as using carry-ons so that we can get on and off trains easily. Alicia was available 24/7 while we were on our trip. For our second trip, we told Alicia that we wanted a calm, leisurely travel to places from our favorite British shows. At the last minute, while on our trip, we wanted to change the itinerary. Alicia was able to find us a centrally located hotel in London, and obtained refunds on previously booked hotels and rail tickets. Both trips were memorable, and we will call upon Alicia for future trips!

Alicia took the time to get to know us on a personal level which helped in the planning process. Now she knows specifically what we like in our resorts, excursions, even transportation for our trips and I will be doing my trips with Alicia from now on.
