Paul was so helpful in planning our trip to Croatia. He listened to our wishes and offered additional suggestions and excursions that our family loved. I had an issue with our rental car and he was very responsive and helpful in getting it resolved and the travel insurance he recommended reimbursed us quickly. An Excellence Vacation
