My second home.... Mexico
I started my journey in this amazing industry in 2015! During this time I have done office administration for a travel company, then went on to work full time as a Travel Advisor and now to having my own agency and an amazing team of 14 agents!
I pride myself in learning as much as I can about travel to better serve my clients and will continue my education for many years to come. I frequently go on familiarization trips to be able to do site inspections of resorts. I find this makes it easier to match a client up to the perfect vacation location for them. I have also had the honor of being invited to some of the most amazing conferences in North America where I have learned so much from their classes and my peers.
In 2020 during the transition from the company I was working for to Nexion Canada I was encouraged to not only transition to Nexion, but also to have my own agency under their umbrella. Envision Travel - Nexion Canada is the name we chose for this next chapter.
I look forward to helping all my past clients with their bucket lists, as well as welcome new clients into the Envision Travel family.

Tammi was fantastic to work with for our Mexico trip. She handled all the details seamlessly and patiently answered the many questions we threw her way. She arranged a private shuttle so we didn't have to wait for a bus stopping at multiple resorts, and also booked a fun golf cart tour with pretty strong Mango Margaritas! Wonderful experience

We use Tammi for ALL of our bookings as we know we can always rely on her for whatever we need.
Tammi always books our private teansfers for us at our destination as she knows the best companies to deal with.
We always pay for extra legroom seats, and she asked if we wanted to upgrade to business class because it wasn't really that much more extra to do so. And let me tell you, my husband's back thanks her!!!
We were running into a few issues with slow service with our butler at first and Tammi was willing to contact him directly and sort out what the issues were.
That is just a couple examples of the extra perks you get booking with a professional like Tammi.

My first trip to Ireland

I was given Tammi's name as the best person to organize my flights from Fredericton NB to Dublin Ireland......and she definitely was the best! Tammi was there for every question I had, and I had a lot. She encouraged me to feel free to contact her about anything I needed, any question I had. Even the silly ones. My trip was delayed due to the airline and Tammi immediately solved the problem and got me another flight, with the seats that I wanted and the comfort I needed for an overnight flight. It felt like she was more than a travel agent......she treated me like a friend. I can't thank her enough.

Amazing Trip

We had an amazing time. Portugal has so much to offer. The tour package was perfect for us. It gave us the experience we were looking for. A little structure with hotels, most transfers and a few excursions booked for us but still having lots of time to plan things of our own choosing. I was very happy with AC vacations. I have and will continue to travel with Tammi as my agent. She looks after all the details for us and provides all the information to help us have a stress free vacation. I know she is just a phone call away if we have any problems while on vacation regards of what country we are in and solves it quickly. We had a pleasant surprise when we arrived at our resort and found that we had been upgraded which was very nice. All rooms were ocean view and large with lots of storage. The beach was nice and food was good. It was a small resort which was nice for a change.

2025 Group Trip

Tammis group trip to Akumal Bay Beach & Wellness resort was my first time there. It is a small resort which is perfect for relaxing. All rooms face the ocean and are more than comfortable. The food, service and drinks were great. and everything is close. Travelling with my travel agent is always a bonus but no issues for her to deal with this at this resort.

Cancun 2025

This was our first trip to Mexico. Before this, our only all inclusive trips had been to Cuba. Everything was close to PERFECT! We had a couple of very minor hiccups, but nothing that we couldn't handle ourselves. The resort was amazing! Staff were EVERYWHERE and always ready to help. We wouldn't hesitate to visit this resort again. We would also like to thank Tammi for all her help and recommendations prior to our trip. Tammi suggested some different resort destinations to us and we went through our list of musts to come to a decision. We went to Sandos Playacar in the Adults Only Select. The resort was everything and much more!

We usually book our travel independently, without an agent, including last time we took a package vacation to the Akumal Bay Beach and Wellness resort. However, this time we decided to try working with Tammi to book our Akumal package as we'd seen her highly recommended. Right from the beginning this felt like a great decision. Tammi was easy to reach and very responsive, helped us comparison shop between airlines, and made it really convenient for us to co-ordinate booking and separate payment for the three different households involved in our big family trip.
We had a major family crisis occur just two weeks before our scheduled trip that left all of us unable to travel on the original dates, and according to the airline's policy we should have forfeited the entire trip. However, Tammi worked super hard to negotiate a rare exception for us, and we were able to reschedule. We were SO grateful for this, and if we hadn't booked through her I'm confident we would have been out thousands

Tammi has been great, her communication is top notch, we were part of the major delays sunwing was experiencing and I have to say when I emailed her panicked about what was to happen? Where will we stay? Etc…
She reassured me through each day, the resorts and sunwing took very good care of us for our extra few days, we were moved to another resort, and thankfully it was an even more beautiful resort, we will actually plan a trip to the second one in the future, top tier service etc…

Traveling to Toronto for a sold out Taylor Swift concert that had over priced hotels everywhere you looked. poor communication skills

Tammi came very recommeded but my group of travellers found her poor communication skills a huge disappointment. It would often be several weeks before questions or concerns would be addressed. Some members of our group are not computer savy and tried calling her for help on issues with no call backs. Not recommened for new or anxious travllers. She was not very knowledgable of the resort she recommended. Often felt like we were bothering her.

First time in Mexico

Tammi is great to work with as a travel agent and friend. She booked our trip immediately when her herself was in mid travel. She informed me of what to expect upon arrival in Mexico as well as what to pack etc. We had issues upon arrival due to not having the right vacation package according to Air Canada as we had no transportation from airport to resort. Which was assumed we did. I emailed Tammi she advised me to see travel rep at resort for AC. I did and was told it was my travel agents responsibility. Upon emailing Tammi of this she called AC and they said we did have transportation from airport to resort and back to airport upon arrival only to receive a call later from AC saying we didn’t. It wasn’t included in our package. Tammi immediately booked private transfer from resort to airport at no cost to us. We appreciated this very much. Upon arrival home Tammi sent me an email welcome home and a thank you card. I will definitely use Tammi as my travel agent again

Tammi was an excellent agent to work with, and helped make our friends trip to Mexico a shining success! We already had a good idea where we wanted to go but Tammi was able to give us some options to compare, and provided expert advice to help us make our choice. She was responsive and knowledgeable and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Her customer service is excellent -- she even provided us with canvas tote bags as a welcome when we arrived at the resort. Would definitely book with Tammi again, and can't recommend her enough.

Family Vacations

Tammi booked a trip for my family that due to health reasons, I did not get to take. The rest of the family went and she constantly checked in with them to see how I was doing. She dealt with all the details to get my cancellation insurance cheque. She also booked a trip for 10 of us that had to be cancelled due to Covid and is in the process of rebooking for us. All of this was done right before the Covid travel ban and during it. It was a crazy busy time for her but she still dealt with my insurance claim for me. :)

I have never travelled. I work in Tammi's office just doing the things she does not get to as she is one busy lady. I have watched her book clients and bend over backward to get them what they want on there adventures no matter where they are going. I've booked a few trips to Mexico with Tammi and they were all flawless experiences. But, Tammi and I sat down and we booked my dream solo vacation to Jamestown , New York in 2019 to celebrate my 40th birthday and there's not enough space here to express how perfect, endlessly incredible every minute of booking through to arriving back home that trip was for me. It was more than I can ever explain and Tammi executed all my wishes before I even asked for them from flight, to hotel, to Uber, to being a text away in case I needed anything , as I was traveling alone to a place I'd never been. Tammi never let me down, made the booking fun, more affordable than if I did it on my own and took care of all the bits that took care of me and made me safe and sound and spoiled on my dream trip! :)

Tammi was a huge help in finding me awesome prices for a trip to Edmonton. I declined the travel insurance (will never make that mistake again) and ended up having to cancel. Tammi was able to get me most of my payment back on an account so I can rebook or go somewhere else...huge relief to me! Tammy planned my vacation with my daughter after my treatment from Breast Cancer was finished. It turned out to be just what the doctor ordered! The resort was amazing and the staff very helpful. The nightly entertainment, food and activities made for a memorable time. Tammy planned a trip to the Ruins where we were able to experience a surreal adventure. She made my first experience abroad a very comfortable and relaxing one. We are already in discussion about our next trip this year. I know that Tammy will put worth her best to cover all the bases with regards to what we want from this next adventure. :)
