Tammi has arranged several trips for us. There have been some insurance challenges for my wife and Tammi managed to so sort them out smoothly and efficiently. She has always been on top of the trip details and made sure everything was perfect. She is our go-to person whenever we want to book a trip.

We had a great week in Cuba! Jan.23-30 2026 Although the weather was not 100% we had a fun time with family, we experienced cool temperatures and rain the last few days but all in all it was a welcomed winter break.

This is our 3rd trip with Tammi and will happily continue our relationship going forward. Although we had no issues for her this time (thankfully) she is always professional, easy to connect with, communication is clear and concise, and she leaves no detail to chance.

The resort was very good, clean. The food was good and plenty of it and the weather turned out really well for us. As it was a destination wedding that was a lot of fun as well.

We use Tammi for ALL of our bookings as we know we can always rely on her for whatever we need. Tammi always books our private teansfers for us at our destination as she knows the best companies to deal with. We always pay for extra legroom seats, and she asked if we wanted to upgrade to business class because it wasn't really that much more extra to do so. And let me tell you, my husband's back thanks her!!! We were running into a few issues with slow service with our butler at first and Tammi was willing to contact him directly and sort out what the issues were. That is just a couple examples of the extra perks you get booking with a professional like Tammi.

We had an amazing time. Portugal has so much to offer. The tour package was perfect for us. It gave us the experience we were looking for. Tammis group trip to Akumal Bay Beach & Wellness resort was my first time there. It is a small resort which is perfect for relaxing. All rooms face the ocean and are more than comfortable. The food, service and drinks were great. and everything is close. Travelling with my travel agent is always a bonus but no issues for her to deal with this at this resort.

We usually book our travel independently, without an agent, including last time we took a package vacation to the Akumal Bay Beach and Wellness resort. However, this time we decided to try working with Tammi to book our Akumal package as we'd seen her highly recommended. Right from the beginning this felt like a great decision. Tammi was easy to reach and very responsive, helped us comparison shop between airlines, and made it really convenient for us to co-ordinate booking and separate payment for the three different households involved in our big family trip. We had a major family crisis occur just two weeks before our scheduled trip that left all of us unable to travel on the original dates, and according to the airline's policy we should have forfeited the entire trip. Tammi has been great, her communication is top notch, we were part of the major delays sunwing was experiencing and I have to say when I emailed her panicked about what was to happen? Where will we stay? Etc… She reassured me through each day, the resorts and sunwing took very good care of us for our extra few days, we were moved to another resort, and thankfully it was an even more beautiful resort, we will actually plan a trip to the second one in the future, top tier service etc…

It was stress free with all activities planned and down time if we chose not to do optional tours. She will also do all the planning even if she is not going on a certain tour. She is available for all your planning and paperwork needs. I arrived in Punta Cana on a weekend one trip and was told I had no room! A quick call to Tammi on a Saturday and she had it straightened out within a very short period of time. She made a point of including us in the group trip activities - whether it was for drinks, time at the beach or supper. Lack of communication

Tammi came very recommeded but my group of travellers found her poor communication skills a huge disappointment. It would often be several weeks before questions or concerns would be addressed. Some members of our group are not computer savy and tried calling her for help on issues with no call backs. Not recommened for new or anxious travllers. She was not very knowledgable of the resort she recommended. Often felt like we were bothering her.

Tammi was knowledgeable and very prompt to return calls or emails that required replies even well into the evening. The resort she recommended in Varadero was very good (we realized how good once we talked to people on other nearby resorts who experienced numerous shortages that are common when travelling to Cuba). We will be using Tammi’s services when booking our next trip.

Tammi is great to work with as a travel agent and friend. She booked our trip immediately when her herself was in mid travel. She informed me of what to expect upon arrival in Mexico as well as what to pack etc. We had issues upon arrival due to not having the right vacation package according to Air Canada as we had no transportation from airport to resort. Which was assumed we did. I emailed Tammi she advised me to see travel rep at resort for AC. I did and was told it was my travel agents responsibility. Upon emailing Tammi of this she called AC and they said we did have transportation from airport to resort and back to airport upon arrival only to receive a call later from AC saying we didn’t. It wasn’t included in our package. Tammi immediately booked private transfer from resort to airport at no cost to us. We appreciated this very much. Upon arrival home Tammi sent me an email welcome home and a thank you card. I will definitely use Tammi as my travel agent again

I have been booking my travel with Tammi since she became a travel agent. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of travel from booking to any travel problems while abroad.

Tammi always goes above and Beyond to ensure her clients are well prepared and for the trip, and ensures that they well taken care of.

Tammi booked a trip for my family that due to health reasons, I did not get to take. The rest of the family went and she constantly checked in with them to see how I was doing. She dealt with all the details to get my cancellation insurance cheque. She also booked a trip for 10 of us that had to be cancelled due to Covid and is in the process of rebooking for us. All of this was done right before the Covid travel ban and during it. It was a crazy busy time for her but she still dealt with my insurance claim for me. :)

I have never travelled. I work in Tammi's office just doing the things she does not get to as she is one busy lady. I have watched her book clients and bend over backward to get them what they want on there adventures no matter where they are going. I've booked a few trips to Mexico with Tammi and they were all flawless experiences. But, Tammi and I sat down and we booked my dream solo vacation to Jamestown , New York in 2019 to celebrate my 40th birthday and there's not enough space here to express how perfect, endlessly incredible every minute of booking through to arriving back home that trip was for me. It was more than I can ever explain and Tammi executed all my wishes before I even asked for them from flight, to hotel, to Uber, to being a text away in case I needed anything , as I was traveling alone to a place I'd never been. Tammy planned my vacation with my daughter after my treatment from Breast Cancer was finished. It turned out to be just what the doctor ordered! The resort was amazing and the staff very helpful. The nightly entertainment, food and activities made for a memorable time. Tammy planned a trip to the Ruins where we were able to experience a surreal adventure. She made my first experience abroad a very comfortable and relaxing one. We are already in discussion about our next trip this year. I know that Tammy will put worth her best to cover all the bases with regards to what we want from this next adventure. :)
