On one of our cruises to Europe, we were suddenly informed that Munich Airport was closed/on strike. Viking Cruise Lines assured us that they would get us through with Lufthansa. Four hours after informing Viking of the incident, we were not sure if we would get home. I contacted Kim immediately, and new tickets were issued on another airline, and we made it home. 15 other people did not secure advance boarding passes and had to scramble for flights home.

Kim has always kept us informed of flight changes, hotels for overnight stays, practical advice for future cruises, and making special arrangements for transportation, if needed.

Mom had always wanted to visit Graceland, so we surprised her with a trip to Nashville & Graceland for the ladies only.

Kim has a lot of experience not only from her own travel but from the feedback she receives from her clients and she shares it all with us.

Kim recently helped us plan our trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos, handling both the resort and airfare. Everything went smoothly, exactly what you’d expect from a great travel agent. When it came time to travel, however, the weather had other plans—and that’s where Kim truly went above and beyond. Our departure flights were rebooked twice due to weather, eventually requiring us to fly out of a different airport. During all of the airline rebookings, the final leg of our connection was somehow dropped, leaving us at risk of being stranded with no way to reach our final destination. Kim spent an entire day going back and forth with multiple airlines to get everything sorted out. And when I say all day, I mean literally all day on the phone, being passed around from agent to agent. Did I mention she did all of this on her birthday? Truly above and beyond. In the end, she resolved everything—working with the resort to extend our stay at no additional cost and rescheduling our return flights to accommodate the new airport and return date. I can’t thank Kim enough.
