The beach and views were awesome. The staff at the resort was amazing. Food and drinks were very good. The resort rooms were fine, somewhat dated, but this is our only experience in the US Virgin Islands.

My family had a fairly specific request in that we wanted to go to France, for the Olympics, in two different locations being Marseille and Paris. Even though we booked late, Laurie was able to find us accommodations and helped us with our transportation needs for the trip. Once we were there, not much was needed from her, but the planning was done so well that we never ran into an issue. I honestly only wanted to go to the Olympics, but fell in love with France, especially Marseille, while we were there. A return trip to the South of France is definitely in the plans.

This is the second vacation we have booked with Laurie. I will continue to use her for our vacation planning needs. Our vacation planning would never get done with our busy lives and Laurie takes care of the details so we don't have too!

Laurie talked to us about Playa del Carmen and we booked a resort in Playacar. We loved the area - the beach and Playa del Carmen! Over the years, Laurie booked multiple trips to PDC for us. She was always been patient with us and helped us learn the town & resorts. As we changed our wants and needs and traveled with others, Laurie always took great care of us. Laurie always beat the prices the people traveling with us found online! The only time we had any problem (transfer van to airport), I phoned Laurie. By the time my sister in law and children arrived at the airport, Laurie had reimbursed her.We have recommended Laurie to our friends and family, who now recommend Laurie to others! Our family and friends have booked trips to Europe, central America, etc with her.
