On our most recent trip to Hawaii, she became a vital asset when our daughter ended up having knee surgery 1 month prior to our departure date. Once I informed Laurie of the issue, she stepped up to make sure our flights and hotels could accommodate our daughter and was very patient with this nervous mom! We wanted to take a long and complex trip by train and car, and Laurie came highly recommended. She worked with us from the very beginning to find the best and most reasonably priced routes for our trip which included roommettes and sleeper cars on Amtrak, as well as rental cars when train connections weren't available. We had some adventures with cancelled and delayed trains, and Laurie was right there helping us navigate the changes so we could continue to enjoy our long-delayed vacation.

Olympics in France

My family had a fairly specific request in that we wanted to go to France, for the Olympics, in two different locations being Marseille and Paris. Even though we booked late, Laurie was able to find us accommodations and helped us with our transportation needs for the trip. Once we were there, not much was needed from her, but the planning was done so well that we never ran into an issue. I honestly only wanted to go to the Olympics, but fell in love with France, especially Marseille, while we were there. A return trip to the South of France is definitely in the plans.

Here expertise was priceless knowing the best routes and times to travel. Also, she arranged several guides to efficiently get us to the best sites at the appropriate times. Best Belated Honeymoon Trip

While we didn't have a specific budget, we also didn't want to spend an arm and a leg for our trip. With that in mind, I think Laurie found a price point that we could easily accept and afford. We would definitely work with Laurie again.
I'm not a regular world traveler so I think we would have a better, more concrete idea of what we want and need in future travel. We might've bitten off more than we could chew considering the amount of driving we had to do during this trip but it was still so much fun!

We love Playa

Laurie talked to us about Playa del Carmen and we booked a resort in Playacar. We loved the area - the beach and Playa del Carmen! Over the years, Laurie booked multiple trips to PDC for us. She was always been patient with us and helped us learn the town & resorts. As we changed our wants and needs and traveled with others, Laurie always took great care of us. Laurie always beat the prices the people traveling with us found online! The only time we had any problem (transfer van to airport), I phoned Laurie.
