This our second trip booked with Jody. She has been especially helpful answering our questions and providing insight about potential destinations. Particularly when traveling outside of the U.S., we have valued her knowledge and experience. In comparison to booking online, having her to answer our questions and provide advice has great and enabled us to travel abroad without having to learn from experience, but rather, benefit from her experience. We got a great price for our trip and things like transportation from the airport to our destination were included so that we could travel worry free. We bought trip insurance in case something came up like illness or weather. This insurance included a price guarantee. After booking, the price dropped answer got the lower price Wich more than payed for the insurance. We will be using Jody again.

Jody has assisted us (me and my immediate and extended family) on multiple occasions for a variety of travel arrangements. She has a tremendous depth of knowledge of vacation areas. She also knows the little details that make your traveling experience easier, more economical and maximizes your time doing what you want to be doing on vacation - having fun. Jody works with us to ensure she has an understanding of what we are trying to get out of our trips/vacations and applies her skills to achieving individualized trips with our goals in mind. She pays strict attention to detail. The package of travel info we receive from her each time is concise and perfect without a missing detail each time we travel. I can't imagine a better travel agent.

Jody is always very helpful with planning our vacations. We tell her what we would like and she offers several options to choose from. Jody always has every aspect of our trip planned and all the details taken care of. We always feel that by working with Jody we get the most value for our vacation dollars.

Jody was responsive, friendly, and helpful. She provided several good options for our vacation to riviera maya Mexico. She made the selection process easy and stress free. Pretty much everything was taken care of and we just had to jump on the plane. We ended up staying a barcelo maya maya riviera and definitely recommend it if you are in the riviera maya area.

We have worked with Jody a couple times now and have recommended her to a few other couples who have used her as well, saving time and money over doing it yourself online.

From the moment we walked into Jody's office on a total whim to the finale of our 2 week Caribbean cruise, Jody won us over with both her personal and professional sensitivities towards first time cruisers! Jody is very friendly, extremely perceptive and an astute business woman who worked hard for our complete satisfaction. She sized us up very quickly and provided several cruise choices the day after our first visit. We called to better understand the cruise options and after listening to Jody's thoughts and advise steeped with years of travel wisdom, we booked a 2 week Caribbean cruise on Regal Princess. From there, Jody patiently listened to all our questions ranging from how to pay, tip, take land excursions, pack, etc. and provided a wealth of information to address those questions as well as all the questions we didn't even know about yet. Financial transactions were seamless and all the required paperwork was sent promptly in a well organized folder. We are sold on Jody!

Jody was excellent to work with and proactively helped in changing our flight out of the Dominican Republic prior to the boarder shutdown due to the coronavirus. It worked out very well and didn't take any time out of our time at the beach/pool. We witnessed other folks at the resort on the phone for hours attempting to get out.

We have known Jody for what seems like forever (about 10 years)! Jody is always extremely helpful in finding the absolute best places to travel to within the budget you tell her you have to work with. She is responsive to email and phone requests for information and she has never made us feel like we have to book; never pressures us. She really knows her stuff and is always willing to help. She was great! Responded to questions quickly. My only issue with the trip was originally I was told we had a room away from everyone because we had a pull out couch. When I reviewed the rooms, this wasn't the case. Then I was told we had a crib and a loft for my three year old. This also was not the case. We were given a pack and play. A three year old is bigger than a pack and play. We had sleep issues with the toddler etc due to this.

While in destination, the United States issued a travel ban, which seemed to make travelers worry more. My wife and I have been working with Jody for 5 years. All of our trips booked with Jody have gone flawlessly. We will continue to use Jody for our trip planning as long as she is working in the industry !

Jody made our dream trip wonderful! We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary by taking our children and grandchildren (14 total) to a warm destination. We had special needs with my husband in a wheelchair. She scouted out many resorts in the Puerto Morales area of Mexico sending us all the info she received. She verified several times the handicapped status of the resort we had previously stayed in several times, even convincing the resort to purchase a special shower chair for him! We had two 3 bed 3.5 bath suites right on the beach. We had 7 teenagers needing activities such as parasailing, snorkeling, wind surfing, cliff diving, swimming with the dolphins and she recommended Olympus which was great.

Being seniors, we had several concerns which she addressed promptly and completely with many special recommendations like taxis vs rentals, money exchanges, airport suggestions, etc. She is an expert on Caribbean travel and we highly recommend her--best travel agent ever

Jody found us an extremely reasonably-priced trip for four to Fort Meyers, Florida. The resort she helped us choose was quaint, clean, well-cared for, friendly and safe. The flights Jody chose helped us to enjoy a full day in Florida on our arrival and a full day on the return. Sun Country was accommodating and friendly as well. I would definitely fly with them again. I would not hesitate to use Jody again as a travel agent. Jody was an absolute lifesaver when our airline canceled not one, but two flights on our way to Jamaica. She took the reins and rebooked our flight the day before we were scheduled to leave, we didn’t have to lift a finger (except to call her). Then, when our connecting flight was cancelled, leaving us stranded across the country, she got on the phone with the airline and the travel package company - on a Saturday afternoon! - to get our flight rebooked, to shift our stay in Jamaica so that our vacation wouldn’t be shortened, and to book us a hotel for the night when the airline refused to do so. She smoothed out all the bumps on our way to Jamaica, and we were able to fully enjoy the trip we had been anticipating for months. Couldn’t have done it without her, and we will absolutely be looking to work with Jody again in the future.

Jody was so great in helping us set up our Honeymoon! We had no idea what we wanted when we went in to see her. She showed us numerous ideas and once she described Hawaii but didn't know where to go other than wanting to do more than one island. She told us what we would see on each island and which part of each island to stay on based on what we were looking to do. She changed things whenever we asked and talked us through our itenerary and made us a list of everything we were going to need to bring and have ready to make everything go smoothly! And boy did it go smoothly! My Husband and I were so pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get from island to island and from airport to hotel. She had fresh flower leis and transportation set up and it was a dream honeymoon! I would recommend her to anyone!

Our vacation didn't start off as expected. Our first flight left 2 hours late causing us to miss our connecting flight in Chicago. That flight, was a direct flight to Jamaica and we paid to have First Class. I immediately contacted Jody who was already multitasking on the computer looking for flights, on hold with a United Rep, and talking to me on her cell phone! Unfortunately there were no other direct flights from Chicago to Jamaica that day. We had to fly to Atlanta losing our First Class status for that flight but we were able to get our First Class back for our next flight to Jamaica. Jody filled out the claim forms through United for us to get reimbursed for losing the First Class status that we lost. I got an email confirmation from United about our reimbursement claim before we even got on the flight that we were being reimbursed for! While on vacation, I received an email explaining how much we were getting reimbursed for. Jody is the best! Super helpful and honest.

I’m not an experienced traveler and neither is my husband. So when it came to booking our honeymoon, I figured a travel agent would be the best route. I was nervous because I’ve never worked with one and I’m a pretty organized person that normally likes to plan things all on my own. I had no need to be nervous. Jody was fantastic and I can’t believe I ever considered trying to look up/compare/and book everything all on my own. You still have to do some research, to see if you’d really like the resorts she sends you or not, but that was the fun part in it all! I didn’t have to worry about booking or figuring out any of the details, which is exactly what I didn’t want to deal with. We were able to do everything remotely, which was great, so majority of our communication was via email along with a few phone calls. She asked all the right questions and answered all of mine very thoroughly. I will definitely be returning for any future trips!
