Kelly was very helpful with any and all aspects of our trip. The pre-planning was easy and she had lots of good tips and tricks for what we needed to bring with us. Our first trip through Kelly was to Jamaica for our 20th wedding anniversary. We both ended up getting Covid. This was in 2022 when you still had to test to come back to America. My husband had symptoms a day before me and he tested positive and I tested negative but knew I was positive since we tested on the day my symptoms began. Anyway, the decision was made that I would still go home(he had to stay 6 more days in our hotel room). I wore my N95 mask home knowing I was positive so I wouldn’t make others sick. My first flight was delayed so o would miss my connection flight so Kelly quickly changed my flight path and got me home the same day. Then when my husband was ready to come home, he made his first flight and by the time he arrived, his second flight kept getting delayed and eventually canceled. He reached out to Kelly who almost instantly got his flight changed. She even was able to fix rooms for us when the room we were in was not up to standard. The hotel didn’t want to work with us so we reached out to Kelly and she got everything squared away for us. She is truely there for you every step of the way. We have used Kelly for all inclusives, Disney, Universal and a cruise. She really knows her stuff and has helped several of our friends and family as well. I send friends and family to Kelly because she has been so amazing to work with and she works her hardest to ensure everything goes as planned or better than planned.

From start to finish, Kelly was there for every need we had. From March , when we initially booked our cruise, to September, when we actually cruised, Kelly was always a text or phone call away to help us find the answers to our questions. I cannot say enough good things about Kelly V and Living with the Magic vacations – she made this our best trip ever!! From the ease of getting to the resort, having a perfect (preferred) room, to all the extra tips on what we should do in the parks, it was truly magical. The meals were perfect, Kelly advised that we should wait until a late lunch which meant we missed the heat of the day, and I have a sever allergy so Kelly made sure that we had restaurants that could accommodate my allergy (the food was fantastic by the way), and Kelly gave us tips for each of the parks on what we should do, which Lightning Lane passes we should get, and how to avoid the crowds after the fireworks. Each and every tip was used, and made our trip that much better. We encountered several guests during our trip that had no idea what to do or where to go or where to find things, and we were able to help them because of all of the information that Kelly provided to us. We had an amazing trip to Bermuda on Norwegian, cruising out of NYC. Kelly booked the cruise (2 cabins) on short notice, including disability assistance for my daughter. She had a lot of suggestions for things to do on Bermuda, too, and kept us informed right up until embarkation. This was the third cruise she’s booked for us, and I’ll definitely book the next cruise through her as well!

I have used Kelly several times and each time is an incredible experience. Kelly goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing vacation. Communication is basically immediate, she has handled all my large family requests, whether the multiple room reservations or dining reservations. I highly recommend using Kelly!
