We could not have made this trip happen on our own or with any other tour company. The planning process was thorough and the final itinerary was exactly what we were looking for, and more. She made all the travel events seamless and anxiety free, whether we traveled by plane, train, boat, or mini-buses, both the short transfers and the long haul trips. When we had questions or concerns, she responded immediately and consistently, no matter the hour. The private tours were top notch, the guides for each of the countries spoke English well and were very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited. The privately chartered cruise ship was extra-ordinary, the hotels were consistently high quality, and the clarity of instructions and seamless hand-off as we transitioned between countries allowed us the space to really enjoy the trip. We also appreciated her careful attention to the different dietary needs of our group and how this care showed up in the wonderful and diverse food choices we received. Yeng was the magical ingredient that brought it all together - thank you for giving us the trip of our dreams! My Asia tour from Beijing China to Vietnam and Thailand was smooth and I enjoy it.

My mom is 82 years old and is a huge Kdrama fan. It was a dream to go to South Korea to experience Korean culture. We met with Yeng and she chatted with my mom about her goals of the trip and asked her what her top 10 kdramas and favorite actors were. Based on that, Yeng created an Epic trip where my mom was able go to various filming sides, do a Kdrama studio tour and she was even able to dress up in traditional Korean dress and take photos reenacting some of her favorite scenes with our private tour guide (a young Korean man in his 20s who my mom was enamored with lol). All this was done in some of the historical palaces. My mom was over the moon. We visited the fish markets, iconic sites and Yeng coordinated a dinner restaurant reservation every night for us. Yeng created the perfect trip for my mom. As far as logistics goes, it was just my mother and I traveling so I had to manage her and her wheelchair and all of our luggage. We do not speak Korean and this was our first mother-daughter international trip together. We traveled a few days to Seoul, took the train to Busan (same train as in the zombie movie!) and spent a few days on Jeju island. Yeng made it seamless and was able to coordinate all our transfers and was cognizant of the special accommodations needed for my elderly mom. Yeng made this trip memorable, fun and took all the stress out of it. I highly recommend her!

My husband and I just came back from an incredible 4 week trip to Paris, Switzerland and Italy. It was so dreamy, I didn’t want it to end. All Thanks to Yeng superb planning. Her expertise had made our trip seamless from the transfer companies -pick up/drop off, the excursions, the hotels location where we don’t have to walk/drive far to many of our activities. Most of our tours are either early or later on in the day to give us the best experience of the place. All of our daily activities were in the trip planner so we know exactly what, when and where to go every day. Yeng’s incredible service doesn’t end after the itinerary is done, she also travel with us throughout the trip by checking in on us or if we’ve arrived to our destination.
