She is amazing, enthusiastic, awesome, informative, I could keep going but I believe you get my point. She helped organize my epic trip with my 18 year old son & one of his friends. Our trip took us to Las Vegas, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Yosemite, San Francisco, Redwood, Crater lake, Lake Tahoe, Death Valley & back to Las Vegas. I could of never done it without Christina!! Since then I have received her help with small little weekend trips also. I will continue to use her for all my excursions!!

Christina planned the perfect 25th wedding anniversary cruise for us. We had never cruised before and she guided us through the process effortlessly as the cruising world was very overwhelming to us. She considered our personalities and desires and put together a fantastic package in our budget. She NAILED it! She also made herself available to answer all of my questions in the weeks leading up to the cruise and provided a travel packing list which was incredibly helpful. She also went the extra mile even ordering our medallions to our home so we didn’t have to wait once we were there and printed our luggage tags for us. She is just the best and refer everyone I know to her.

Had a wonderful time at Valentin Imperial Rivera Maya. The resort and staff were wonderful. We highly recommend using Batrakuda Valentin Imperal for the sea turtle and cenote excursion. Food and drinks were fabulous. The pool chair game is crazy!!!!Only hiccup was transport from the airport to the resort. Lastly, the planning process was so easy and stress free!!!!

Christina is thorough, provides lots of options, considers our budget, understands and listens to our priorities when finding resorts, is great at communication, and provides valueable feedback about resorts ! She is so easy to work with!

Our favorite part of our vacation was the Cenotes and the beautiful beach. Least favorite was the obstructed “ocean view”, uncomfortable beds, and the food was not very good. We enjoyed our stay at the Riu Palace Peninsula for the most part, and would recommend to others. We would also recommend the Riu Caribe that is next door as well. We went over to visit several times through our stay.

She did an excellent job. Being our first cruise and involving land excursions , we needed quite a bit of “hand holding” to get to our departure day!! Her experience of going there before us was invaluable!!

We were first timers heading on an all inclusive trip out of the country….thus, we had a million plus one questions-good ones, dumb ones & plain ‘ok “we are clueless” ones but Christina walked us thru everything with joy, care & endless time! Just got back from a fantastic relaxing weekend at Fort Walton Beach, FL! So needed, and huge credit to Vacation Architect! I typically love searching out destinations and deals, but there was no time for that - or needed stress. If you've ever considered using a travel agent and haven't-- do it! And I HIGHLY recommend Vacation Architect. Do I know her? Yes. But hear me out. First, why not use someone that you know or someone you know knows, and support a small business owner? But more importantly, I called her with very basic wants and needs (dates, price range, goal of relaxing) - not even a destination in mind, she asked a few questions and a short while later I had two different itineraries to pick from. Signed and paid for everything online, and she sent me the travel docs pre-trip and followed up, along with how to contact her if we needed anything while traveling. And because I am who I am, after it was confirmed, I searched it out, I couldn't have booked the same trip for less.

Easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and worked with planning for a large family vacation. She took into accounts of likes needs for each family. Getting us new information for the area and when we extended our vacation, she voted all out activities and accommodations last minute.

With our current Covid-19 situation, we decided to hire Vacation Architect LLC because they would have knowledge to what was open and what we could do and not do in different states. Best decision we made. Had a great time on our vacation. They listen to your needs are, what you are looking for, very responsive, reasonable, and put a plan together to make our whole family happy. Will defiantly use them again. Hopefully sooner than later.
