Virgin Voyages Cruise

We have 6 children and also needed to stick to a budget. Tami did a super job helping us find accommodations that were large enough and affordable for our family!

Previously we had used Tami to book a trip to Disney World (9/2020).

Recently we decided to visit Aruba and thought again of booking with Tami.

Tami helped us find a great resort and navigate the complications due to COVID. We had such a wonderful time we are thinking of booking with Tami again to go to Aruba.

She was so helpful in helping us plan our dream honeymoon!

We were not easy clients. We had to change our cruise twice. But in the end, it all worked out beautifully.

Excellent at making all the arrangements and explaining the details

We loved working with Tami. She took the extra hassle out of planning and helped us with things we didn’t know about (like getting our kids’ passports). She recommended that we use Club Mobay at the airport which ended up being a huge time saver and a great experience. We will be booking with Tami again for sure!

Tami did an amazing job for our trip! We took a 7 night 8 day cruise from Seattle to the SE section of Alaska. We had some issues with an excursion, but that was out of her control. We were able to see so many amazing things! She was attentive and thoughtful and answered all our questions.

We had a great experience planning and booking our trip. We were limited when we would be able to go and Tami helped us narrow down our options and determine the best itinerary for our first cruise. Due to timing, we were limited to a 3 night cruise. After we decided on a ship, room type, etc. Tami helped us book what we needed. Next, we talked through a number of amenities available onboard our ship, discussed what our options would be at each port, and decided what we wanted to do for those areas. After discussing our scheduled days, Tami booked our main dining room times which worked out great. She also let Royal Caribbean know that we were celebrating my birthday, I was pretty surprised when they came out with a cake and sang Happy Birthday at our table! Overall we had a great first cruise and are looking forward to our next one!

We asked Tami to coordinate a trip for the partners in the office and spouses. We asked her to prioritize locations with quality food options. Tami delivered by choosing an exceptional resort location with some of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. She also prepared us for the complexities of traveling internationally with the litany of Covid requirements, which made our lives much easier by not figuring that all out. In all, it was a great trip, and I enjoy a trip much more when we delegate all the logistics and coordination to Tami!

OVER-ALL OUR EXPERIENCE WITH TAMI WAS GOOD. SHE CAME IN PERSON NEAR THE TIME OF OUR CRUISE AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME GOING OVER EVERYTHING AND EXPLAINING EVERYTHING AND ANSWERING ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. SHE IS VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHEN ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS. HER PERSONALITY IS PERFECT FOR THE JOB OF TRAVEL AGENT.
SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT WOULD INCLUDE A MENTION OF POSSIBLE TERRIBLE FLIGHT TIMES WHEN TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE BOGO ON THE AIRFARE. ALSO NOT MENTIONING TAKING WALKIE TALKIES AS WE HAD OURS CONFISCATED AS THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED ON THE SHIP. OUR OTHER PROBLEM WAS THE DIFFERENCE IN PRIOR DAY HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS WITH REGARD TO MY SONS ROOM OF 4 COSTING $360 AND MY DAUGHTERS ROOM OF 5 COSTING $585 (DIFFERENCE OF $225 FOR 1 EXTRA PERSON). AN EXTRA ROOM HAD ACTUALLY BEEN BOOKED FOR MY DAUGHTER WHICH THE HOTEL SAID WAS NOT NECESSARY BUT THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AS IT WAS BOOKED AS PART OF THE PACKAGE. DAUGHTER USED ONE ROOM.

Tami was great! She was helpful when selecting dining areas and figuring out where the best place to stop would be on our road trip. She was attentive and very helpful.

Excellent job at arranging trip and explaining details

Tami was great to work with. She handled all the details and made sure we were comfortable with everything down to the small details, from the seat choices on our flights, to reviewing the MPC process so we could breeze through customs on our return flight. She checked in with us before, during, and after our trip and was a pleasure to work with.

I have been, and will continue, to recommend Tami to everyone I know. We didn't know how to even begin with planning a trip for our honeymoon, and Tami helped us with everything. From talking in the beginning to options of where to go, to helping us with travel documents, customs forms, what to pack and what to expect, Tami was there for us. She set up arrangements for the resort, for travel while on the island, extra excursions, the list goes on and on. She made the stress of international travel so much less! Her communication was also wonderful. She was always quick to respond the whole time- before, during, and after the trip. Highly, highly recommend her for any travel you want to do. She's an absolute gem!

Tami is incredible. She helped us plan our honeymoon and gave us an experience we will remember forever. She was very detailed and organized with creating travel plans and took the time to get to know us in order to recommend the best experience for us. She even doubled called the day before our trip to make sure we were comfortable with the plans and to make sure we didn't have any last minute questions. Tami was also very knowledgeable with excursions, the culture of different countries, and how travel works within these countries. We will definitely be going back to Tami with our next adventure!

Amazing from the beginning all the way until after we returned home!

We knew that Tami has first-hand experience with Royal Caribbean, so it was a smart choice to use her when we booked our first cruise. She was able to provide us with so much info about what to expect and what to bring! She gave us options at several price points so we could choose what worked best for us, and she made sure we were aware of any cruise sales or promotions (drink/dinner packages, port excursions etc) that would benefit us. Her advice on travel insurance gave us peace of mind too! She even surprised us by letting our waiter know it was my husband's birthday, which got us a delicious dessert - nice touch! The way things can change so quickly in our world these days, I'd never want to plan such a big trip without having Tami in our corner to smooth the way. We booked a trip through her previously and there were some last-minute cancellations; she quickly made new arrangements for us and handled all the necessary phone calls. Tami is TRULY a pleasure to work with!

Easy to work with.

Tami was helpful and thorough. Thought of matters we would not have known until it was too late. She did a lot of the detailed preparations for us. She also followed up to remind us of deadlines and to answer questions. And she checked in on us during our trip in case we had any needs.

Tami helped our small office plan and execute a trip. It involved six couples. She helped source the location, coordinated rooms, logistics of flights and transfers, and helped work with the resort to schedule the conference space. Tami took care of the myriad details and was extremely responsive as questions arose. Having Tami stay on top of all the details was a huge benefit and allowed us to enjoy the trip more. We would certainly use Tami again for both personal and professional travel.
