This was my wife and my first river cruise ever and we truly enjoyed our experience! We travelled the Rhine River cruise which left from Amsterdam and sailed to Basel Switzerland. We sailed with a group of 10 and prior to leaving Ellen assisted with our travel needs and questions. Ellen held several zoom meetings going over the itinerary of each day and each destination as well as what to expect on the cruise. So when we boarded a ship for the first day and started sailing, we pretty much knew what to expect. Our group was truly delighted, and Ellen did a fantastic job explaining experiences. we were about to undertake. My wife and I can only say we are truly impressed with Avalon waterways and with the job that Ellen did presenting our expectations. We would no doubt work with Ellen anytime and are looking forward to our next river cruise.

Ellen is amazing and always adds little details that make your trip personalized and special and always with a twist of fun and humor. She is attentive and detailed and will always offer more authentic experiences that typical tourist traps.

Ellen was very helpful with our trip. She is quite knowledgeable about cruises and books with Royal Caribbean frequently. Our group loved Radiance of the Seas and every moment (except airline issues day of outbound flights) of our trip! (And THAT'S the reason Ellen says to fly into the port city the day before embarkation!)

Ellen and her entire team at The World of Travel are amazing. Excellent organization for our group of almost 70 family and friends. Loved all her special touches to make us all feel special. With current protocols in place, she walked us through all the information and made sure we had what we needed to make it a great and easy trip. We were originally booked to travel in 2020 and then again in 2021 and without her expert guidance I think we would have given up.

Ellen always kept me informed of a complex trip, which I actually came into later than it was originally planned. This means there were multiple reimbursements to explain as well as rules and excursions to rebook. Ellen made it all simple! Once there, Ellen continued to communicate and help everyone feel comfortable with procedures. The excursions she planned were high quality - great people, great equipment, informative, and fun.

I felt that Ellen was great to work with. She was thorough and helped with any questions that I had before and during the week. I could not have had a better experience.

She is awesome and amazing and attentive and caring. Ellen Prebelich offers amazing information and support for travelers who are unfamiliar with certain locations. She gives awesome advice regarding safety and sends us champagne on every trip! She is the best !
