Holland did a very good job in all respects. We had a long wait at the airport for the shuttle to the Hyatt and had to call three times to the hotel to attempt resolution. In fact we got contradictory info (look for a white van when in fact it was black). We had not considered what phone service would be needed on board--for future clients this should be a topic to consider. A final concern was thinking the pricing was all inclusive--Holland assesses a daily charge for the service fee for the crew. This added $520 to the cost and was a surprise.

Part of my name was incorrect on my ticket, and needed to match my passport. After 3 attempts and that took nearly an hour, Inas finally got in touch with a live person to correct the mistake. She was patient, and attentive to my concern. I never felt like I should have been able to solve this myself, or was taking too much of her time. Inas is just lovely to work with.

We had some ideas of what we wanted to do but were first time visitors to Hawaii. Inas helped us choose places to stay that fit us perfectly. She arranged our inter-island flights, ground transportation, rental car, and some excursions and gave us great tips on places not to miss. Everything turned out to be easy and convenient, and we avoided some mistakes we would've made if we tried to do this on our own. Thanks so much, Inas!!!

Ines did a wonderful job planning a girls’ beach trip to Cancun to celebrate our 60th birthdays. Two of us traveled from Detroit and two from Atlanta, making coordination more tricky. Ines did a great job and travel was seamless.

Inas is phenomenal!! She helped me and wife book our trip to Hawaii for our Wedding. We met with her shorter than a year out from our wedding date. Inas was wonderful in helping us plan our dream honeymoon! We felt like we had no time to plan our honeymoon and Inas was very helpful taking this load of stress off of our shoulders and helping us find two fantastic hotels, transfers, flights, and excursions. We spent our first five nights at The Naka Island Resort, it was exceptional! The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. It was very easy to get on and off the island by boat. If your flight comes in late just give the hotel a call on Whats App and let them know. We didn't arrive to the island until 12:45 a.m. The island is more expensive than the mainland, but it is a luxury resort. We felt so well taken care of here. Breakfast was provided daily by the resort and was very good. I just wish we had spent a little extra to have had a sea view room, but our private villa still super nice. The second hotel was Hyatt Regency Phuket. This hotel was very nice too! No breakfast but wonderful pool. Great location too!
