Wonderful Trip

My husband and I took a trip to Hawaii Big Island for 4 nights and Kauai for 4 nights. Shellie was easy to work with, and very prompt once I put in my request with her for options. She put us in great resorts, at great locations. Everything was super easy! We did end up upgrading our flights - we weren’t seated together originally but wanted to be, but I wasn’t specific about that to her, so that’s on me. Also it wasn’t hard to do since she did the hard part. We loved everything about our trip! She also helped us book a luau ahead of time so we wouldn’t miss out on that experience. And offered to help with anything else we may need! I would recommend her!

Planet Hollywood

Planet Hollywood has a modern vibe and is a very large, impressive resort. If you enjoy walking, the size won’t be an issue but guests with mobility concerns may find it challenging to get around.
The beach was large, beautiful, and very clean. The food was consistently good, and there were plenty of activities around the adult pool.
The kids’ side of the resort was nicer than the adult side and offered many great activities and amenities for families. Because of this, I would especially recommend this resort for families traveling with children.
There were a few drawbacks. The adult pool area was short on lounge chairs, making it difficult to find seating at times. The resort is also a long ride from the airport. There were occasional issues with no hot water or no water at all. This may have been a temporary resort wide issue that was corrected during our stay.
Overall, we had an enjoyable experience

Our travel agent was responsive to our many questions Everything was lined up from flights to transfers Our resort at RIU Guanacasta was beautiful staff was great Well-kept resort
We had issue with departure due to Delta mechcanical issues mixed connecting flight and a day at resort We went to delta service desk and were given vouchers for food at airport and a motel room Delta phone help desk did not respond to us during that process But the Travel advantage did and helped We were not able to get our first class seats as we paid for and waiting for Delta to respond on price difference refund Flights and transfers home went smooth as Shelly set those up We did have a good time we missed a day at resort due to mechanical plane issues and resort wouldn’t refund or add on one extra day. But none of that was in Shelly’s control would book through her again

Annual trip To Couples San Souci in Jamaica

We had a great experience all the way from leaving Sioux Falls to Montego Bay and back again. Shelli helped us navigate a change in flight plans that was originally a flight from Minneapolis to Montego Bay. However, Delta discontinued that flight and wanted to reroute us through Atlanta. We were able to secure a hotel at Delta's expense and left a half day early. This worked out well as Delta carried our checked luggage all the way from Sioux Falls to Montego Bay despite the overnight in Atlanta. The other nice thing was that Shelly made sure we kept our Exit Row Seating despite the change in flights which was very much appreciated. We also made use of Club Mobay upon arrival at Montego Bay at Travel Advantage's suggestion. It was well worth it. We did decide to access Club Mobay for our departure which we thought was well worth the money. We intend to do this again in the future and would recommend it to anyone else flying out of Montego Bay.

Hawaii Trip

We visited the big island, Oahu, and Kauai. Shellie worked tirelessly with us to make sure we had everything planned out to a T. The resorts were beautiful. We went to Pearl Harbor on the big island. Enjoyed Waikiki Beach in Oahu, went to a luau in Kauai and toured Waimea Canyon in Kauai also. The weather was beautiful the whole time we were there thank you, Shellie for helping us with our once in a lifetime vacation.

Wonderful cruise!

We had everything in place and were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation on our 1st cruise! They had AMAZING food and outstanding service with numerous options for entertainment and relaxing. Amazing 30th Anniversary Trip

Stress-Free Honeymoon <3

Even when our flight got delayed making us miss our connnecting flight (and of course no other flights out that day), she was already on a mission to schedule us on new flights to Punta Cana, make sure we got hotel/food vouchers for the night, let our transport service know what's happening, and get us an extra day at our resort. She responds very quickly and genuinely cares about your experience. Thanks for helping us, and our little mini-moon in Miami was fun too! :)

We loved Shellie! She is so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We have never traveled outside of the United States or stayed at an all inclusive resort before. So we roughly told her what we wanted and she gave us several options to go through/choose from ( I think there were 12 of them) Once we chose our resort, she handled everything. This was really great for us, no worries, no stress over anything at all. Anything that could or might change/happen, Shellie was there to take care of it. So again, no worries for us. She answered all questions we had, always nice and knowledgeable. We feel blessed to have gotten Shellie the first day we called Travel Advantage. Shellie was wonderful! She was so communicative as our first (and second!) resort closed due to the pandemic, and always helped us find the best option! Just a couple weeks before our trip, a better option re-opened and Shellie called us right away and got us an even better experience and deal!
