Michelle was exceptionally easy to work with for our cruise vacation. We used her because I won a travel voucher in a raffle. She was great in the planning process and getting ready for the cruise. We booked airfare on our own but got cancelled because it was Southwest Airlines. She helped us in trying to get information for alternative options. I would definitely book with Michelle again for future vacations.

So very happy with Michele as our travel advisor...First time cruising, we used Michele's assistance to make all our travel plans to Alaska. Her choices & communications were superior!! We had a great time and didn't have any worries, because Michele took care of everything. She also provided a day by day itinerary with all reservation numbers, telephone numbers for contacts, etc. Just recently, we used her services again, for a trip to the New England area for a Fall foliage tour. Again, great times, with her assistance to nail down all details. I dont hesitate to recommend her for anyone planning to travel.

We have used Michele as our travel agent for numerous trips over the past 3 years and she has always been very helpful in planning every detail of our trips, from airline and hotel reservations to excursions. She was once again excellent in helping us plan this national park vacation to Glacier National Park, Seattle, Mount Rainier, Portland and Mt. St. Helens. As our liaison with Amtrak, Michele made the planning aspects of this trip seamless and stress free and she was able to secure excursions to all our must-see places in the above parks and cities.

My 75-year-old dad always dreamed of going on a cruise, and Michelle made it happen! She was organizing a church cruise and helped us join the group. Michelle handled everything with Carnival, from booking to preparing packages with our boarding passes and luggage tags, making the whole process smooth.

She even hosted a Zoom call to guide us and answer all our questions. During the cruise, the group dinners Michelle arranged became a highlight, creating lasting memories.

After the cruise, Michelle went above and beyond by helping me get a copy of my room charges to easily split them with my dad. Her attention to detail and personal care made the experience truly unforgettable for both of us.

Michele is the first travel agent we have worked with, and we would definitely use her again. She worked with us to plan our very first cruise, and the experience traveling to Alaska went seamlessly. We had a lot of questions as first timers , and she explained all of the steps and protocols so we knew exactly what to expect. She is so friendly and such a pleasure to work with. The cruise was a fortieth anniversary gift to ourselves , and Michele even arranged for chocolate covered strawberries and bubbly to be delivered to our room when we arrived.

I found Michele by looking for agents that specialized in a specific tour my family wanted to take. I loved her personality from the beginning! She had our trip booked quickly and details sent to us. From the time we booked, till the time we traveled, she answered all of my many questions and offered suggestions/advice. During our trip we had one small issue and Michele was there to immediately helpful through it despite the time difference. After our trip she scheduled some time to recap our experience, with her and our vacation. After we got back, we immediately started asking about future trips. We've booked with her again and our experience this far has been just as spectacular as the first. I highly recommend her services. I have asked her about many different tours and travel itineraries and she is extremely knowledgeable. She herself travels on the tours and brands she promotes and can offer first hand experience.
