Angela was such a pleasure to work with when planning a recent birthday trip to Miami. She was responsive, knowledgeable and offered plenty of helpful recommendations to make our vacation the perfect getaway. You can tell she has a passion for all things travel! She took the time to research different fun things to do and even sent us a packing list with videos on packing efficiently! I would not hesitate to use Angela’s services again.

A Trip Like No Other

I wanted to plan a trip to the Dominican Republic with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday but was worried about the COVID restrictions and keeping everything organized. Angela calmed my nerves by answering all my queries, and if she didn’t have the answer, she went above and beyond to get them. She was organized, and her availability was unmatched. The resort and the excursions were like no other. We truly had an amazing time and can’t wait to travel more!

An Unforgettable Trip

Professional from start to finish

I came across an ad on Facebook for a trip to Columbia. After some checking, I decided ADR was a legitimate business and reached out. Angela was professional from start to finish. She answered each question with patience. Her response time is very short. Angela arranged a Zoom meeting so we could all meet prior to our trip. Angela arranged for a wonderful cultural experience in Cartagena. The hotel was fabulous. I definitely would like to return to Columbia, and I would definitely look to ADR for future travel.

I really enjoyed working with ADR Vacations. It was my first trip out of the country, and she made everything so easy. It was very comforting to have her there every step of the way, from planning to going through customs to making sure we were on time for our shuttles, etc. Also, I recommended ADR to some friends, and she made their trips an amazing experience as well. This was our first time ever booking a full vacation with a travel agent and it was absolutely GLORIOUS. I’m always the vacation planner, which means stressing out before and during vacation, which means I am not able to ever fully enjoy the vacation. I never truly realized how much that stress ruined the vacation experience until now.
Getting to know us and what we were looking for in a family summer vacation, preparing an awesome presentation with different options (and pricing), planning it all, making reservations (flights, cruise, ground transportation, hotels), taking advantage of deals, answering all my ridiculous questions, providing packing lists, sending important reminders, checking in on us and providing options for possible weather interferences, keeping in touch with flight information, etc.
We just showed up, packed and in full vacation mode, and had a wonderful time!!!!
We will never ever vacation without Angela ever again!

When I first looked into going to Jamaica for my birthday celebration, I became overwhelmed with all of the COVID regulations and requirements, especially testing. I reached out to ADR Vacations and all my worries were put to rest. Angela solved every problem and always made sure we had the information we needed to have a successful trip. Everything went so smoothly from the flight to the resorts to the excursions to the in-destination COVID testing. When I returned home, I felt rested, relaxed and ready to go on another trip!

An Amazing Vacation

My trip to Punta Cana was the best trip ever! I was nervous because this was my first time traveling internationally. But Angela handled all of the details, and booked transportation and excursions for us in advance, which helped me to feel safe. I also enjoyed the flexible payment plans. The resort she chose was incredible, the food was good, the excursions she recommended were fun, and the beach was amazing. I had such a good time that I’m already thinking about my next vacation!
