I am proud to be the CEO of KVI Travel — one of the world's largest and most respected interline and retail travel agencies.

KVI's team of over 110 agents located in 17 countries around the world is an exclusive group of professional, experienced interline and retail travel agents. We've joined forces in order to offer our clients the world's best prices and service on interline and retail cruises, tours, resorts and more.

I am currently operating out of our world headquarters, located in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

I serve a select group of clients by offering personal, professional quality travel services at the lowest prices anywhere.

By dealing personally with a limited clientele I am able to provide a much higher level of quality service and am able to take care of all of your needs from start to finish. Currently, I am no longer accepting new clients but I would happy to direct you to the best matching agent on my team to serve your specific needs.

Aside from taking care of my clients' needs and 'steering the ship' here at KVI, I also am an active member of a number of influential travel industry groups:

International Advisory Board and Canadian Council Member for Travel Leaders Network - the world's largest travel agency consortium. As a member of these groups, I am the lone voice for the interline community and am able to speak on your behalf about a number of issues facing interliners and the travel industry as a whole.

Future/Technology Subcommittee Member, TLN - As a member of this group, I am able to keep KVI at the forefront of travel industry technological advances. I also get to suggest, guide ,and implement new technologies to improve vacation experiences for everyone.

Council Member, Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA) - As an elected member of this association, I connect with the travel industry's most powerful lobbying group.

I fight for the rights of our agents and our clients when it comes to fair practices in the travel industry. This way, we can keep cruise lines and other suppliers accountable and fair in their pricing and policies.

Travel Industry Advisory Group Member, Consumer Protection BC - As a member of this government-based group, I stand and speak at the intersection of travel consumer rights issues and government legislation.
