Hello, my name is Audrey Chan. I want to introduce myself as your Senior Bilingual travel consultant with KVI travel.

I’m proud to represent this Canadian company and to help you find your perfect vacation. As an airline retiree myself, I used to refer to my affiliation with KVI as my “fun job”, but not since I retried, it has now become my full time job.
I am currently based in Calgary, but I can help you, no matter where you are located.
I decided to work with KVI after using the services of a couple of other interline agencies. Travel is my passion, and I have been in this business for over 30 years. My absolute favourite is cruising. Now that our children are older, 25 and 22, I have transformed them into Cruise Addicts as well!
I have travelled on many different cruise lines, including Disney (8 times), Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Princess, Celebrity, Azamara, Norwegian and AMA Waterways. I have been on over 50 cruises to date.
I like helping people with families plan their vacation! I have travelled extensively with my children since they were 4 weeks old. If I don't know the answer to your questions, through my connections worldwide at KVI, our many partners and other contacts I have made over the years in the business, I can get you the information you are looking for.

Audrey was very knowledgeable with so many details that I would have never thought of ie. place of room in relation to elevators, making sure the floor above us wasn’t a common area with lots of foot traffic. This is the first time I have booked a cruise thru Audrey BUT will not be my last. She went over and above with setting up the shore excursions with a very personalized touch. We were definitely spoiled with all the attention. She kept in constant contact with us thru e-mail just prior to sailing and even was able to help me out with my brothers cruise when there was a problem with a gift I wanted sent to him and his wife. She surprised us on several stops for excursions and even arranged two private events, one was a whale watching and another a photo tour. Even prior to our cruise when we had concerns she researched our questions and answered them to our satisfaction - this was while she was on vacation. She is a 24/7 agent. I had a wonderful trip on AMA Siena this October . Audrey was very helpful with making the reservation on board and arranging all the transfers necessary including the arrangements made at Hotels in Zurich and Amsterdam for pre and post cruise. I felt very comfortable and didn’t have to worry about any little hiccups that could happen. Audrey was always available for any questions and overall it was the best experience on this trip.

A university alumni reunion

Heartwarming to be with friends of over 50 years.
The service and food were great. However a number of us got quite sick with a lung infection/cough.
In our case, we were on the first floor and there was a fire in the incinerator room. The following day there was a leak from the ceiling into our room. I got particularly sick and had to visit an Urgent Care immediately upon return. We had to pack up and move to the 11th floor. There wasn’t any compensation nor did we ask for one. I also got a bad rash on my face, neck and chest and had to visit the medical centre on board. I was satisfied with the visit.
The scenery was spectacular and I would use Audrey as a cruise or travel agent forever! She’s the best. I will use her every time. ??

Old ship needs lots of work.

One more issue was the total disorganization of the land tours in Kawuai. No direction, not anywhere enough staff to direct guests to the appropriate location and buses. We finally got on a trolley that drove us 5 minutes to a very small mall where half the shops were closed due to staffing. Went back to the ship.
The ship is old and couches and chairs throughout the ship were quite tattered and worn.
During the first 2-3 days, we were in 30+waves and many guests were quite nervous and yet, once a day at noon, we heard from the captain. We could have heard from him a bit more often.

Audrey has helped me plan a number of cruises. Her in-depth knowledge of the cruise industry is amazing. I love how she also is a great blogger and posts on social media to keep us updated on new events or ideas for future travels.

Her careful attention to detail and her understanding of the trade made my first cruise a smooth and enjoyable experience.
I booked very late and was travelling alone to join family and friends who had already booked. Her follow up and guidance throughout the process even helped me guide my family in certain ways that their European agent had not advised.

This was the 2nd cruise and we have booked both through Audrey. Our Daughter also booked their Honeymoon Cruise through Audrey and are only a couple of weeks from departing on their 2nd cruise (again with Audrey. Not only were all the details and arrangement for the cruise set up with Audrey but nearly all our Shore Excursions! The shore excursions arranged by Audrey are far superior the "On-board Excursions" were more expensive poorly managed and very crowded! Audrey's excursions were small groups verging on private professionally operated by amasing guides.
I could go on & on but both my wife & I were reluctant 1st time cruisers and are now hard core 'whens our next cruise' fans. You can not go wrong with Audrey and KVI. "Just do it" !
