Beverly was a lifesaver on this trip. We arrived at the ticketing counter 54 minutes prior to boarding when we were told by the ticketing agent that the flight was closed. We were also told by the ticketing agent that the next flight wasn't until two days later as all the flights were booked. We immediately called Beverly and she managed to save the trip! She got us a refund on the outbound Southwest flight and booked us out of Miami a few hours later so we were able to complete our trip and my wife's birthday plans were saved. Absolutely grateful for all the help Beverly gave us! I don't even know what we would have done had we been on our own.

We utilized Beverly's services for two back to back bachelor parties and she was awesome. She managed all the accounts, making bookings, making payments (which I didn't make easy for her), and gathering and submitting travel documents. She made the process so simple for me, i'm not sure if I would utilize anyone else.

I have been booking with Beverly for 10 +years for my business travel of which she has done an outstanding job. I was so excited to ask her to help my husband and I plan our honeymoon. She handled everything from start to finish including our honeymoon fund. Our wedding guests loved working with her and many to this day ask how she is doing. As always, our trip was well coordinated by Bev. Airline and hotel reservations were seamless. The Ritz Carlton is a beautiful property with great service. We were looking for a relaxed beach vacation, which is exactly what we received.

Fabulous cruise! Went to Grand Cayman, Aruba and Curacao. Not a huge fan of Aruba as we live in Florida and have good beaches here, but every business in Aruba had fireworks. It was amazing!

We went for a luncheon on Celebrity that Bev invited us to. On that tour we put money down for our first cruise on Celebrity. She managed everything from beginning to end. We had an unexpected itinerary change on the cruise line and Bev took care of everything when we decided to change the trip. Thank you!

Since the first time we reached out to Beverly, she was very on point and quick with everything. Helped us plan our trip very smoothly; everything was done over the phone or through email. She got back to me when I had questions and figured almost everything out for us. I liked having different package options for our trip, helping us decide which one worked best for us.

A week in Amsterdam followed by a week in Bruges. All details expertly handed by Bev. Had one issue with our car to the airport (taxi company cancelled our reservation for no apparent reason) but Bev took care of it promptly with one phone call.

We had a wonderful experience. The trip was very informative. Our tour guide was excellent and bus driver as well. We met lovely people on the trip and all the stops we made were wonderful and we enjoyed Eastern Canada very very much.

Excellent service on Celebrity for sure! Great shore options. However, time management on some shore excursions was not good. The guides and transport was just fine.

My best friends and I have been talking about going to Greece for almost 30 years. This year we decided was the year that we were going to do this and of course I reached out to Beverly . She listens and she understands people's needs. Is very responsive with all questions even if they were repetitive at times. Every aspect of our trip and cruise in the Eastern Mediterranean was so well orchestrated by Beverly! From our arrival in Rome with prompt car service to the Hotel Stendhal for a couple days, and then prompt car service to the Sun Princess, where we enjoyed a 7-day cruise with beautiful scenery and ports to visit -- Naples, Crete, Instanbul, Mykonos, Athens. The Sun Princess was wonderful in every aspect, and the crew outstanding. Our cruise ended in Greece, where again, we enjoyed prompt pick up by our private tour guide for the day, returning us to the Athens Gate Hotel. Leaving our hotel at 2:50 am the next day, we were picked up ontime for delivery to the Athens Airport for our flight back to Rome, and onto Miami. Every aspect of this once-in-a-life adventure was so effortless because of Beverly's recommendations and attention to detail. She's the best travel agent ever! We look forward to working with Beverly again very soon.

Beverly is great to work with on cruise and or land tours. She found us the best hotels in Spain and tours that covered everything you would want to see. She always responds quickly and will answer any questions you might have.

Bev-Our cabin was so conveniently located near the elevators and dining halls. Just perfect! We used the valet service at the port and it was well worth the extra money. They took our luggage and pushed me on board in the wheelchair at pier 2. Arrived at pier 6 and they wheeled me curbside and brought the car to us. All others had to shuttle to their cars. Our dining hall table for 4 was by the window and we had excellent service. You did an excellent job as always, Bev. Thank You!
