I wanted to do something special for my wife's 60th birthday in February. I thought a cruise to the Bahamas with our family would be nice. Ben Lappin came as a recommendation through a mutual acquaintance. Ben was awesome from helping me plan the cruise up front and all the way through to his follow-up after our cruise was over by asking how we enjoyed our vacation/birthday celebration. At the start of planning, I got quotes from different businesses. Ben's quote was the most competitive. The most common way of communication with the planning process was through email. Ben was very helpful with booking the rooms aboard the ship. Once booked, Ben sent very informative emails ranging from important documents needed to package/entertainment options and everything in between. The information and communication emails from Ben were stellar and really answered all of my questions and took away any worries of not being prepared when it came time to get on board the ship. Ben is also very prompt when answering questions you may have along the way through email. We had the best time on board Royal Caribbean's ship Utopia of the Seas and the entire process from start to finish went off without a hitch. With my experience with Ben, I can confidently say that you can't go wrong by allowing him to help you plan your next vacation. I will certainly use him again and again to plan future vacations!
