Nichole planned a family vacation for 17of us in December of 2019. She did an excellent job considering I have 9 grandchildren ranging from 4 to 22. She found a resort to accommodate all of us. There was plenty of activities to choose from onsite including water sports, swimming with the dolphins, surfing , snorkeling, a high end spa, and nightly entertainment. Nichole also planned a day trip including a beach lunch that was absolutely our favorite. We can't thank her enough for the memories we created. We have booked multiple trips with Nichole from simple all-inclusive to Mexico just me and my husband or her working with me on getting a group there flying from different locations to Punta Cana or a longer multiple hotels to Costa Rica! She is excellent from the start! You tell her what you want and she is more than willing to help you find it. She will tell you the pros and cons, but still lets you decide. She sends you all your travel documents plus some other helpful info. She is with you from the start until you land back home. And if we ran into any hiccups while on vacation, she is there to help and gets it figured out before our next cocktail is gone! ;) I literally recommend her to everyone! Book that next trip!

We had the most amazing trip that our family will always remember! Starting out planning this trip, we had no idea really of where to go but told Nichole what we wanted...family oriented, safe, tropical and beautiful. We loved having options to choose from and also price points to help us decide. The process was so simple with the guidance of Nichole and went very smoothly. We even had a hiccup on our end with that dates after the trip was booked and fortunately Nichole was able to move our trip back one week so we wouldn't miss out on some really important activities for our kids. Nichole was so amazing and so helpful in the planning of latest trip to Hawaii! She gave suggestions of islands to look at and reason why she loved each of the islands, as she has traveled there many times! She had lots of suggestions as what to look for in what we wanted to do while we were there. So we took a look and decided on Oahu and Maui!! Then she put together an amazing travel package for us. She gave us a list of packing tips and a list of what to do while we were there! She also suggested Apps to downloaded which were very helpful!! She booked a few excursions for us but the rest we booked ourselves while we were there. The hotels were amazing, the food as awesome! You couldn't have asked for better weather! we had great company as my cousin lives in Maui! We plan to go back real soon!!! We have had 2 trips to the Dominican for a group of 6 planned by Nichole. Our first trip weather back in Minnesota forced us to stay an extra few days. Nichole took care of it all, we ended up having to move to a different hotel and we were able to get our money back with the insurance policy that was placed. I would recommend Nichole for any of your travel needs!

I went on a trip with 5 of my best friends and our families over Spring Break. We had the best time on our vacation and there was so much to do every day. The dune buggy excursion was my favorite! We got to chill during the day or play if we wanted. There was a lot to do at night as well. The resort we stayed at had stuff for us and our parents, which was pretty cool.

When we were planning our trip, I remember Nichole asking us what was important about our trip. I didn't even know how to answer her, but she asked really good questions and wanted to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. After being on a trip, I understand now why all of those things matter :)

We have been working with Nichole for many years with our couples & family vacations. She always has great suggestions for the perfect destination and takes the time to listen to what we are looking for with each trip. We needed to combine a working vacation with hopefully a romantic getaway and Nichole came up with the Valentin Imperial Maya in Mexico. The resort had an incredible sea turtle hatch program, grew many of it's own vegetables, had a great beach clean up plan in place all while being a first class adults only resort, complete with amazing international fine foods, top shelf liquors, one of the best swimming beaches we've ever had and fun shows. The room was romantic and had super room service!
