Eileen helped us book a family trip to Mexico in March 2023. She helped us get a great trip! Prior to that she had helped us book a trip that got spontaneously canceled when Covid first hit. As we had not bought cancelation insurance we were only offered a travel couture good for one year from the airline ( totally out of Eileen’s hands). As the year came to a close travel had not yet opened to us and it started to look like we may lose our money. Eileen paid attention to the ever changing rules, regulations and requirements and when the opportunity got us to apply to receive our money back instead of keep getting vouchers that we didn’t know if we would ever be able to use, she updated us immediately and helped us to know how to apply for the refund. It was terribly unknown circumstances but she made sure she kept us up to date and informed and we were very grateful for that!
