I needed help with an upcoming trip while I was traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday. Kelly patiently spent time on the phone with me even though it was her holiday, too.

When I booked my first trip with Kelly Roma, the cruise company changed their policy of 10% off if one payed in full within a certain time period of booking. They changed it over the Thanksgiving holiday. Kelly answered my emails, and even took a phone call from me to get my payment done before the change took place.

I've been on 2 cruises with V.V. and Kelly helped me both times. She makes the process so simple and quick. For my third cruise I used her again, seamless process. Unfortunately I had to cancel this last one and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure I received my credit to my account. I never would have seen that credit without her help. She is so amazing. Kelly answered the phone the first time I called to inquire about booking a trip with Virgin Voyages in June 2024. I usually do all my own planning, but I didn’t know much about Virgin Voyages. Kelly helped my three friends and I book two cabins in locations we wanted. About four months after we booked, Virgin came out with new pricing and extra perks. Kelly emailed us all to say she rebooked us under the new offers which saved us around $470 each plus a large bar tab. She went above and beyond without us even asking. I would highly recommend Kelly to help you get the most out of your travel plans.

Kelly Roma was key to putting together this cruise for 6 girlfriends. We didn't know anything about Virgin voyages and weren't really sure what we wanted. She kept in touch through email to all 6 of us, got us rooms together (and switched around roommates.) We got a bar tab and sailor loot to make our trip fantastic and a real bargain.
