Four-couple trip that wanted adjoining balcony rooms. Ginger made it happen and put us in a quiet and convenient location. 12th floor, mid-ship. Ginger was quick to respond to all of my questions and kept us informed throughout the months prior to our embarkment. It truly was a wonderful time and we all had a blast! Planning to go back!!

Since she had been on Utopia of the Seas she had lots of knowledge to help in our planning. This was the perfect ship for our family. We had our son and daughter along with their spouses, as well as our four grandchildren, ages 5, 7, 7, and 9. We went on the four day cruise which sailed to Nassau and Coco Cay. The children loved kids club! There was something for every age to enjoy. The shows were fabulous, food delicious, and staff outstanding! Great trip!

Ginger was a delight to work with from the very start. We actually planned our trip somewhat last minute and she guided us every step of the way. She was friendly , helpful and patient. Ginger tailored our trip to exactly what we wanted and gave suggestions when we weren’t sure what to do. Her responses were timely and she even helped with a minor issue on our trip. Ginger was so helpful with booking our cruise and navigating how to plan for the cruise. She took extra time out if her day and off regular business hours to answer questions and make suggestions! We had a scare with our kids almost expired passports so she was instrumental in helping us make last minute preparations to get my daughters birth certificate! She made good recommendations on parking and drink packages. She was always prompt about getting right back to me for answers!

Ginger is an excellent t agent! She has taken care of our trips to Universal Studios and family trip to Walt Disneyworld. She took care of everything making sure that all concerns and questions were addressed. She was in touch while we are on vacation; just checking if all is well. Ginger always goes above and beyond her job as travel agent. While she only took care of my travel insurance for my trip to NZ, Ginger still have her best service a customer can ask for. I have 2 sisters living in Auckland so they did most of our travel itineraries.

I looked online to plan a family vacation to Disney and quickly realized I needed help! I contacted Ginger through Facebook and she responded right away. I told her what we needed and what I had planned in my head. She was quick to respond with different options and she made suggestions based off what she had learned from past experiences. I asked a lot of questions and she answered them all. Communication with her was outstanding!!! Especially when Hurricane Nicole showed up she was on top of things keeping us informed and our options. Everything was fantastic!

We asked Ginger to put together an adventure packed vacation that included Machu Picchu and she did just that. We did trekking, ATV’s, ziplining, and white water rafting. All of the hotels and travel connections were handled by her and we had a great English speaking guide the entire trip. Allowing us to focus on fun, seeing sights and relaxing during our downtime.

She was extra helpful in booking our tour, dining and hotel. She highly recommended our hotel and it was amazing.

Ginger is AMAZING!!! She took all of the stress out of planning our honeymoon to Seattle and was always quick to respond to communication. She took into consideration our budget, interests, etc. and gave us so many options to choose from whether it be a hotel, attractions or even restaurants. She arranged for us to go on some really neat tours and even looked into things I found online and gave feedback/made arrangements. I don't think I'll ever plan another trip without Ginger! She was so helpful along the way and even while we were on our honeymoon as we ran into a few minor bumps. I wasn't even worried because I knew all I had to do was contact Ginger and she would be on it (and she was - ASAP!). We had the BEST time in Seattle and are so glad we were referred to Ginger.

Ginger was extremely helpful in booking my recent trip to Orlando to visit my brother. Since I was traveling solo this trip, she made sure everything was in order so I didn’t have to worry about anything. She offered multiple choices for me to choose from & answered all my questions about hotels(making sure my special accommodations were met) and Disney theme parks (including ticket purchases, park reservations, transportation to the parks & dinner reservations). If you’re planning a trip to Orlando, I highly recommend using Ginger as your travel agent!
