So so helpful! Maddie made booking a cruise so easy. I had a million questions and she answered them all without any hesitation! I gave her a couple plans/specifics we for sure wanted and she turned those into an amazing stress free vacation! There were so many things I didn’t know anything about when booking a cruise and she knew all the right answers! Cannot wait to have her book us another one as soon as life slows down again!

Seriously, if there was a way to give more than five stars, I'd be smashing that button repeatedly because the service was just that good. From the moment we contacted Maddie , it felt like she anticipated my every need before I even knew I had it, making everything so smooth and effortless. There was no awkward waiting, no confusion, just genuinely helpful who went above and beyond without even being asked, making me feel totally looked after; they weren't just doing their job, they were practically mind-readers, making the entire experience completely stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. So yeah, five stars? Please. We need a whole new scale for service this phenomenal.

Maddie helped us with an anniversary trip to Cancun. She was able to get us much better deals than we could find ourselves. She was also able to get us little perks at the resort due to it being our anniversary. We also had to come back a day early due to a family situation and she was able to get our flights moved up a day at no additional cost. We then had issues with our seating at the airport and she worked tirelessly to get them resolved so our flight home would be comfortable. Maddie was very quick with communication. I would recommend her to anyone looking to book a vacation and we plan to use her again for future trips.

Maddie was absolutely amazing and so patient and available for all my questions before our trip! She took care of everything we needed! We vacationed in Punta Cana right up till the hurricane was about to hit and when I reached out with my concerns, she already had everything handled! Madeleine was great! She helped plan a spring trip to Mexico for my friends and I. We had the best time and Madeleine was great to work with! She answered all our questions and always got back to us very quick!

We just pack our bags and show up. Any questions along the way she is quick to respond. We recently took a family vacation to The Hardrock Riviera Maya. The resort was beautiful with private beaches blocked by a rock wall so there was very minimal waves, the BEST food I have ever had at an all inclusive resort, a water park, and several other options for family fun. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. This was the fourth trip she has booked for us and I highly recommend letting her handle your next adventure. Thanks Maddie. ??????????

Madie was extremely helpful and quick to answer all of my questions. She was very responsive and great to work with! Our original trip was canceled due to weather, and was very helpful in trying to find alternative accommodations. We ended up rebooking a family trip to St John and it ended up being the best trip we've ever taken. While we ended up booking an airbnb on our own, she was quick to offer flight packages, booked a rental car, and even added the airbnb I booked on my own to our trip to keep everything together. Highly recommended!

WOW! She is amazing. So helpful with putting together information for different dates and times, we went back and forth for a couple of weeks before deciding on our destination, resort and timeline. Maddie was always kind and quick to get back to us with details or answers to our questions. She walked us through the entire trip and answered all of our questions. When we arrived, we didn't have a thing to worry about and we knew exactly where to go and what to do. She made traveling out of the country an easy, fun and safe experience!!
